Why these assessments
Recruitment fitStrong
The entire product is built for hiring: resume-to-vacancy matching, role-based AI interviews, hiring assessments and interview proctoring, nothing repurposed from sales or HR admin.
Ease of useUnknown
The vendor shows interview creation from a job title and description, but SourcrLab has not used the recruiter dashboard in live hiring work.
ImplementationUnknown
Sales are demo-led and no public integration or rollout documentation was found, so the real adoption effort cannot be judged from outside.
Price transparencyWeak
The vendor's own site publishes no prices at all; the only figure found is a third-party marketplace listing, so cost cannot be modelled before a sales conversation.
Value for moneyUnknown
Without a public price or an independent outcome base there is nothing to weigh the capability against yet.
ScalabilityUnknown
The vendor claims unlimited parallel AI interviews, but with no published commercial model the cost and limits at scale are unverifiable.

The SourcrLab bottom line

RedyHire sells one agentic system for the evaluation-heavy half of hiring: its TARA layer orchestrates agents from job intake to decision, ResuMate scores resumes against the vacancy, assessments and the Nirmala AI interviewer run first-round screening in parallel and around the clock, and SecureSight watches integrity across all of it. The scope is genuinely wide for a young product. The caveats are equally real: no pricing on the vendor's own site, no ATS integrations SourcrLab could verify, no independent review base found, and an India-centred market presence, with only a marketplace listing citing pricing from INR 200 per assessment. SourcrLab would treat it as a demo-and-pilot candidate for high-volume screening, with human review of AI scores and data-governance terms settled in writing first.

Best fit

High-volume in-house teams that want resume matching, assessments and AI-led first-round interviews in one vendor rather than three, and that are comfortable evaluating a young, demo-led platform on a pilot role before committing.

Think twice if

If you need published pricing to budget, a proven European customer base, verified ATS integrations or an independent review record today, RedyHire cannot yet show any of those publicly. Buyers in the EU also need to resolve GDPR and AI-governance questions before letting an AI score candidates.

SourcrLab assessment

Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.

Why choose RedyHire?

One agentic layer instead of three point tools

RedyHire's TARA orchestrates the workflow from job intake to hiring decision, with agents for role setup, sourcing and outreach, evaluation, AI interviewing and scheduling, so screening volume does not have to be stitched together across separate vendors.

Nirmala removes the L1 scheduling bottleneck

The Nirmala AI interviewer generates an interview plan from the job title and description, interviews candidates at any hour without scheduling, and returns competency scores, strengths, a full transcript and video, audio and screen recordings for human review.

Resume screening starts from the vacancy

ResuMate matches resume content against the intent of the job description and returns a matching score, supports bulk resume upload and screening questions at apply, and can sit behind an embeddable apply link, which is the volume-screening workflow rather than a gadget.

Integrity controls are part of the product

SecureSight builds permissions, setup checks and proctoring into assessments and AI interviews, including interview-stage cheating detection, which matters when an unsupervised AI round carries real weight in who reaches the shortlist.

Main trade-offs

No public pricing anywhere on the vendor's site

RedyHire publishes no pricing page; the only public figure is a Techjockey marketplace listing citing from INR 200 per assessment, which is not the vendor's own commitment. Budgeting requires a sales conversation before you know whether the tool is even in range.

Young vendor, thin independent evidence

RedyHire Technologies is an early-stage Bengaluru company, and SourcrLab found no G2, Capterra or Product Hunt review base for it. Everything a buyer can read about outcomes today comes from the vendor, so reference calls and a pilot carry the burden of proof.

AI scoring of candidates needs governance before rollout

Nirmala scores candidates and records video, audio and screen during interviews. For Belgian and Dutch employers that sits squarely in GDPR and EU AI-governance territory: data-processing terms, retention, candidate notice and human review of AI scores must be settled contractually first.

India-centred presence, unproven EU fit

The company, its hiring and its marketplace pricing signal are all India-based, and no European customer evidence, data-residency statement or ATS integration list was found. European buyers should assume they are early adopters in this market and price that risk in.

Pricing and buying reality

No public pricing on the vendor's site; sales are demo-led

  • RedyHire's own site publishes no pricing page; the visible route in is scheduling a demo
  • The independent Techjockey marketplace listing cites pricing from INR 200 (roughly EUR 2) per assessment, checked August 2026
  • No free plan or free trial is advertised on the vendor's pages

What we do not know

  • The actual billing metric: per assessment, per interview, per seat or platform subscription
  • Volume tiers, minimum commitments and contract terms
  • Whether a trial or paid pilot is available before an annual commitment
  • EUR pricing and any Europe-specific terms, including data residency

Checked August 2026. We do not list a price we have not verified ourselves.

How it fits your stack

Likely replaces

  • Manual resume screening at volume
  • Recruiter-run L1 phone or video screens and their scheduling
  • A separate assessment plus proctoring vendor for first-round evaluation

May overlap with

  • AI interview platforms
  • Skills-assessment platforms
  • One-way video screening tools
  • Assessment proctoring tools

Check before buying

  • Which ATS integrations actually exist, and how candidates and scores reach your system of record
  • GDPR terms: data-processing agreement, retention, recording storage location and candidate notice
  • The real pricing model and total cost at your hiring volume, in writing
  • Candidate experience and drop-off, tested on one real role with your own population
  • How AI competency scores are validated, and where human review is mandatory in your process
