Central European ATS whose AI is built for Czech
Primary sources checkedDatacruit
Datacruit is a Czech applicant tracking system for internal HR teams and recruitment agencies: candidate management, one-click publishing to 30-plus job boards, a LinkedIn plugin, GDPR tooling and analytics, with a proprietary AI that generates job ads, summarises applicants and matches candidates โ and that is built to handle Czech, which most ATS AI does badly. No price is published; a 30-day free trial is.
The short answer
- Best for
- An HR team or agency hiring in Czech at volume, whose current ATS treats Czech CVs and job ads as an afterthought and whose AI features are useless because of it
- Not ideal for
- Teams hiring outside Central Europe, and buyers who need a price before a demo โ the vendor publishes none
- Price
- Not publicly priced; 30-day free trial
- Closest alternative
- RecruiteeThe comparable European ATS with published per-job pricing and a much larger integration ecosystem, when transparent cost and breadth matter more than depth in Czech.

Why these assessments
- Recruitment fitStrong
- Everything on the product is a hiring workflow: candidate management, job publishing, a manager portal, interview handling, consent and retention. The AI is scoped to recruitment tasks โ job ads, applicant summaries, matching โ rather than being a general assistant pointed at HR.
- Ease of useUnknown
- SourcrLab has not used it. On an ATS the daily experience is the candidate list and the pipeline view, and no public evidence speaks to either โ though the 30-day trial makes this cheaper to settle yourself than on most systems in the category.
- ImplementationFair
- A 30-day free trial with a self-serve route in means a team can judge the product on real vacancies before committing, which is unusual in the ATS category. Migration of an existing candidate database, and what it costs, was not established.
- Price transparencyWeak
- The vendor publishes no price at all; the route in is a demo or the 30-day trial. A review site shows a figure whose billing period is almost certainly mis-parsed, and that is worse than no figure, so it is not repeated here.
- Value for moneyUnknown
- Not assessable: there is no published price to weigh the capability against, and the one third-party figure available carries a billing period that does not make commercial sense.
- ScalabilityFair
- The vendor's own case study describes an organisation running 1,300 hires a year, which is a real volume claim rather than a logo. Without a published price or seat model, how cost behaves as a team grows cannot be stated.

The SourcrLab bottom line
A regionally sharp ATS rather than a broad one. The functional list is what a mid-market applicant tracking system should have: candidate and application management, CV storage and search, one-click publishing to more than 30 job boards, a LinkedIn plugin, interview scheduling, email templates, a manager portal and a mobile app, analytics and reporting, and GDPR tooling covering consent, role-based access rights and automatic deletion once a retention period expires. The differentiator is architectural and linguistic at once: a proprietary AI, built for recruitment and built to handle Czech, running on the vendor's own infrastructure so candidate data does not leave the ATS. Integration names are thin but real โ BambooHR, Slack, Gmail, Power BI, Tableau, LinkedIn โ and the vendor serves both internal HR and agencies, which is its own claim about segment fit rather than a finding. It runs in the Czech Republic, the UK and Serbia. Nobody publishes a price.
Best fit
A Czech or Central European team whose hiring runs in Czech and whose ATS does not really read it. That sounds narrow and is not: CV parsing, semantic matching and generated job ads all degrade badly in a language the model was not built for, so a team in that position is usually paying for AI features it cannot use. Datacruit's claim is that its AI understands Czech, and it runs that AI on its own infrastructure so candidate data does not leave the ATS environment.
Think twice if
There is no published price, and the one figure circulating is unreliable. A review-site profile shows a per-user rate with a billing period that would make no commercial sense for an ATS, which is a classic aggregator parsing error rather than an offer โ so do not budget from it, and do not assume the real number is close to it. Ask for the plan structure, whether the AI features are included or an add-on, and the migration scope, all in writing, before the trial turns into a contract.
SourcrLab assessment
Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.
Why choose Datacruit?
The AI is built for the language the hiring happens in
Most ATS AI is trained where the data is, which means English. Job-ad generation, CV extraction, applicant summaries and semantic matching all degrade in a language the model handles badly, and Czech is one of them. An AI explicitly built to handle Czech is a narrow claim and a genuinely useful one for a team hiring there.
The AI runs where the candidate data already is
The vendor states its AI runs on its own infrastructure and that candidate data does not leave the ATS environment. For a European buyer with a data-protection assessment to write, an AI layer that does not ship CVs to a third-party model is a materially shorter conversation than one that does.
GDPR handling is a module, not a checkbox
Consent management, role-based access rights and automatic deletion once a retention period expires are described as product functions. Retention in particular is the one most ATS buyers discover they are doing in a spreadsheet, and it is the one that produces a real problem when a candidate asks.
Thirty days to judge it on real vacancies
A 30-day free trial is unusual for an applicant tracking system, where evaluation normally means a guided demo of someone else's data. A month is long enough to run genuine roles through it and find out whether the matching and the parsing hold up on your own CVs.
Main trade-offs
No published price, and the circulating figure is unreliable
The vendor publishes nothing. A review-site profile shows a per-user rate carrying a billing period that would be commercially incoherent for an ATS โ a standard aggregator field value, not an offer โ so it is neither repeated nor corrected into a guess here. A buyer has no figure to shortlist on.
The AI features may be an add-on
Third-party listings indicate that advanced AI features, including matching and automatic candidate profiling, are activated separately from the base plan. That is unconfirmed by the vendor and it matters a great deal: the AI is the reason to buy this rather than a cheaper ATS, so whether it is included decides the comparison.
Regional reach is the honest boundary
The Czech-language AI is the strongest reason to choose this and also describes its limit. The vendor serves the Czech Republic, the UK and Serbia; which interface languages are supported, and whether Slovak, Polish or other Central European markets are served properly, was not established. A team hiring across Western Europe is buying the ATS without the differentiator.
Compliance language needs reading precisely
The vendor describes the product as designed in full compliance with European legislation including GDPR and the AI Act. That is a design statement rather than an audited finding or a certification, and no certificate, audit report or DPA was found. The consent, access-rights and retention functions are real product features; the compliance framing around them is the vendor's own.
Pricing and buying reality
Not publicly priced; 30-day free trial
- The vendor publishes no price on its own site; the routes in are a free demo and a 30-day free trial
- A review-site profile shows a per-user figure whose stated billing period is almost certainly a parsing artefact rather than an offer, and it is deliberately not reproduced here
- The same third-party source indicates advanced AI features, including matching and automatic candidate profiling, are activated separately from the base plan โ unconfirmed by the vendor
- No free plan is indicated
What we do not know
- Any vendor-published price, plan structure or billing metric
- Whether the AI features are included in the base plan or charged as an add-on
- Contract term, notice period and migration scope
- Supported interface languages, and whether Slovak, Polish and other Central European markets are served

How it fits your stack
Works with
- Named integrations: BambooHR, Slack, Gmail, Power BI, Tableau and LinkedIn
- More than 30 job boards through one-click publishing, plus the vendor's own job site
- A Zapier app for systems not covered natively
Likely replaces
- Manual job posting board by board
- A spreadsheet tracking candidate consent and retention deadlines
- A separate AI tool that cannot read Czech CVs properly
May overlap with
- European mid-market ATS products with published pricing and larger integration ecosystems
Check before buying
- The plan structure and price in writing, since none is published
- Whether AI matching and candidate profiling are included or a separately activated add-on โ this is the feature you would be buying it for
- The interface and AI language coverage for every country you hire in, not only Czech
- Migration scope for your existing candidate database, and what it costs
- The parsing and matching quality on thirty of your own Czech CVs, judged during the 30-day trial rather than after it
Datacruit vs alternatives
Products a buyer would genuinely put next to this one, with the reason you would pick each instead.
Choose Recruitee when published pricing and a large integration ecosystem matter more than an AI layer tuned to Czech.
Choose Teamtailor when employer branding and the career site are the centre of the problem rather than candidate matching in a specific language.
Consider Recruitify for a Central European ATS with an integrated sales CRM and published per-user pricing, if agency-side commercial workflow matters as much as the ATS.
