Very good ATS but some basic features need an update. The new AI features are very handy. Support is also very good
Collaborative ATS
Primary sources checkedATS built around hiring teams working together, part of Tellent, priced by plan and employee count on annual terms.
Our reading of the evidence on this page. No score, no formula.
A well-regarded collaborative ATS whose commercial side has become opaque: three plan names, no numbers, and a monthly option that still ties you in for a year. Ask for the quote at your employee count and for what happens at renewal.
Best fit
Small to mid-sized in-house teams that want a clean, collaborative hiring process and a careers page, without an enterprise implementation.
Think twice if
Anyone comparing on price today. Nothing is published, the structure changed, and existing subscriptions saw list prices rise 5 percent on renewals from January 2026.
Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.
Collaboration is the design, not a permission setting
The product is built for hiring managers and recruiters working the same pipeline, which is where lighter tools quietly push everything back onto the recruiter.
Careers page and distribution included
Careers site, job distribution, workflows and reporting come with the platform, so a small team can run a complete process without add-ons.
A trial on the mid tier
The free trial runs on the Advance plan rather than a stripped-down version, so what you test is close to what you would buy.
No published price, in any form
Start, Advance and Optimize are named but not priced. The vendor states the subscription depends on plan, employee count and billing period, which tells you the shape and not the size.
Monthly billing still means a year
Paying monthly carries a minimum commitment of one year; annual payment takes 20 percent off. There is no genuinely short-term option.
Renewal prices moved
List prices for existing subscriptions rose 5 percent on renewals from 1 January 2026. Budget for the renewal, not just the first year.
Quote only, no public pricing
What we do not know
Checked August 2026. We do not list a price we have not verified ourselves. Recruitee pricing page
Products a buyer would genuinely put next to this one, with the reason you would pick each instead.
Choose Workable if you want a published price today and a light HR layer alongside hiring.
Consider Teamtailor if the career site and unlimited users are the point; also quote-based.
Consider Ashby if you want published pricing and deeper reporting under 100 employees.
Each reviewer supplied a LinkedIn profile, which a person at SourcrLab checked before publishing. The experience described is theirs, unedited; the vendor cannot approve, edit or remove it.
