The short answer

Best for
Recruitment agencies and staffing firms replacing a generic CMS site that nobody can update, while keeping their existing ATS
Not ideal for
Teams whose real problem is applicant tracking or sourcing. A better website does not fix a broken pipeline
Price
Quote-led, with regional pricing pages published. No lock-in contract advertised

Why these assessments
Recruitment fitStrong
The primitives are recruitment primitives: jobs, ATS feeds, application forms with knockout questions, and candidate conversion. A general CMS gives you pages and leaves the rest to a plugin.
Ease of useUnknown
No-code editing for marketers is the promise, and the honest test is whether a consultant can publish a landing page unaided. SourcrLab has not run that test.
ImplementationFair
A site build is a project with content, design and a domain cutover, but hosting, SSL and support are included and the ATS feed is a configured connector rather than custom code.
Price transparencyFair
Regional pricing pages exist and the vendor advertises no lock-in and no hidden costs, but scope varies with the build and the add-on products, so a quote is still what decides your number.
Value for moneyUnknown
A recruitment site earns its cost through applications and client enquiries. Without our own before-and-after data, and without a firm price, this is not a judgement we can defend.
ScalabilityFair
One site scales to many landing pages and job feeds without extra seats, but each additional product in the ecosystem is another line on the invoice and another thing to own.

Where it sits

  1. Discover
  2. Apply
  3. ATS

The SourcrLab bottom line

The strongest reason to look at Shazamme is the ATS connection: forty-plus recruitment systems including Bullhorn, JobAdder, Vincere, Loxo, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and iCIMS feed the job board, and application forms carry field mapping, conditional logic and knockout questions rather than dumping into an inbox. That is real recruitment plumbing. The commercial side is less crisp: pricing is quote-led and the surrounding products make scope comparison harder than it should be. Define the scope yourself before the first call.

Best fit

An agency or employer whose website is three years old, whose job pages do not rank, and whose marketing person has to email a developer to change a headline. Shazamme is aimed exactly at that situation, with the ATS connection as the part you would otherwise pay a developer to maintain forever.

Think twice if

The ecosystem is broad: marketing automation, analytics, a chatbot, reference checking and middleware are separate products around the website. Buy the website first and add products when they solve a problem you can name, otherwise you are comparing a full stack against somebody else's single site.

SourcrLab assessment

Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.

Why choose Shazamme?

Jobs come from the ATS, not from copy and paste

Native connectors to more than forty recruitment systems, including Bullhorn, JobAdder, Vincere, Loxo, Salesforce, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and iCIMS, mean the job board and job detail pages are fed automatically. Duplicate job entry is the single most common failure of an agency website, and this removes it.

Application forms that actually screen

Forms support custom field mapping, screening questions, conditional logic and knockout questions, so unqualified applications can be filtered at the point of application and the qualified ones arrive in the ATS with the fields already populated.

Marketing can change the site without a ticket

Landing pages, job boards and campaign pages are built without code, which matters because recruitment marketing lives on speed. A page for a new client sector should take an afternoon, not a development sprint.

Recruitment-specific search visibility

The platform is built around job-page structure and search and answer-engine optimisation rather than generic SEO plugins. Job pages have their own indexing rules and expiry behaviour, and getting those wrong quietly costs you organic applications.

Main trade-offs

It is an acquisition layer, not a system of record

Shazamme improves how candidates find you and how they apply. It does not track them, screen them or manage the client relationship. If your bottleneck is after the application, this is the wrong purchase however good the site looks.

Scope creep is built into the product family

Marketing automation, analytics, chatbot, reference checking and middleware are all sold around the website. Each is defensible on its own and together they make it hard to compare one quote with another. Ask for the website line and the add-on lines separately.

Connector count is not connector depth

Forty-plus integrations is a count of systems, not a promise about your fields. Confirm which objects sync, in which direction, how often, what happens to a job that is closed in the ATS, and whether the application lands as a candidate record or an email.

Migrating a site means migrating its rankings

A rebuild is the moment organic traffic is most at risk. Ask specifically who owns the redirect map from old URLs to new ones, whether historic job pages are preserved or removed, and what the plan is if applications dip in the first month.

Pricing and buying reality

Quote-led, with regional pricing pages published in AUD and USD

  • Shazamme publishes regional pricing pages, but package and build scope depend on the site chosen and on which adjacent products are included, so the number in a quote is what counts
  • The vendor promotes no lock-in contracts and no hidden costs, and states that hosting, SSL and support are included
  • Some components in the ecosystem, such as the Refme reference-checking product, carry their own unit pricing
  • This pass could not capture the plan figures on the pricing pages, so no numbers are quoted here

What we do not know

  • The current plan figures and what separates the tiers
  • One-off build and content-migration cost versus recurring platform cost
  • Which add-on products are included in a standard website package
  • Who owns the redirect map and SEO continuity during migration

How it fits your stack

Works with

  • Agency systems: Bullhorn, JobAdder, Vincere, Loxo, Salesforce
  • In-house systems: Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS
  • Recruitment marketing, analytics, chatbot and reference-checking add-ons

Likely replaces

  • A WordPress site with a job-board plugin
  • A developer retainer for site changes
  • Manual re-posting of ATS jobs onto the website

May overlap with

  • Career sites already included in an ATS such as Teamtailor or Recruitee
  • Separate recruitment marketing automation tools
  • Standalone reference-checking products

Check before buying

  • Exactly which ATS objects sync, in which direction and how often
  • Whether an application arrives as a candidate record or as an email
  • The full recurring cost across the website and every add-on you select
  • Ownership of the URL redirect map and organic traffic during migration

Shazamme vs alternatives

Products a buyer would genuinely put next to this one, with the reason you would pick each instead.

Teamtailor

Choose Teamtailor when you would rather have the career site and the ATS from one vendor than connect a site platform to your existing system

Recruitee logo
Recruitee

Choose Recruitee when a European ATS with a built-in careers site covers both the pipeline and the site at one price
