Why these assessments
Recruitment fitStrong
Built for agency work end to end: candidate pipeline, client CRM, billing against placements and a tier explicitly named for executive recruiters. This is not a general CRM adapted to hiring.
Ease of useUnknown
SourcrLab has not run a desk through it, and no independent review base was found. In an agency ATS, ease shows up in month two when a consultant has to find a candidate they touched in month one, not in the demo.
ImplementationUnknown
A 14-day trial exists, but it requires a card, and no migration or onboarding documentation was found. For an agency moving a live database of candidates, clients and placement history, that is the single largest unpriced item and it is not addressed publicly.
Price transparencyStrong
Three tiers with per-seat prices, a stated annual discount, a defined trial and a named threshold where enterprise handling begins. A buyer can build a per-head budget from the public page without a sales call, which is the whole test.
Value for moneyUnknown
The price is clear and the capability is not: the vendor's material mixes shipped, announced and planned functionality, and SourcrLab has neither used the product nor found an independent review base to weigh the USD 189 tier against.
ScalabilityFair
Per-seat pricing scales predictably and the vendor names a threshold โ€” agencies of a hundred or more are handled separately โ€” so the model has a defined shape at both ends. What is not published is how the product behaves under a large agency's data volume.

The SourcrLab bottom line

Recruitable is an agency-first ATS and CRM with published per-seat pricing: Starter at USD 30, Advanced Recruiter at USD 110 and All Inclusive at USD 189 per seat per month, ten percent off on annual billing, a fourteen-day trial that does require a card, and separate handling for agencies of a hundred seats or more. Its privacy documentation is unusually broad for a product this size, naming UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, CCPA and CPRA, PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, with payment details handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS. The fact a buyer should read twice is in that same documentation: VoIP recordings and transcripts may be imported and stored against candidate and client profiles. The vendor's marketing is confident and mixes shipped with announced functionality, so SourcrLab treats capability claims tier by tier and does not carry desktop apps, mobile apps or multichannel sequencing as live.

Best fit

An agency or executive search firm that wants one system for the candidate pipeline, the client relationship and the money, at a seat price it can read off a page. The three tiers are wide enough apart that a firm can start on Starter and move up as the AI features become worth their cost.

Think twice if

If your due diligence has to cover call recording, or if you need to separate what ships today from what is announced. Recordings and transcripts can be imported and stored against candidate and client profiles, which puts the product squarely in scope for a data protection review, and the vendor's own material does not consistently mark which capabilities are live.

SourcrLab assessment

Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.

Why choose Recruitable?

A seat price you can read before the sales call

Three named tiers at USD 30, USD 110 and USD 189 per seat per month, a stated ten percent annual saving and a defined enterprise threshold at a hundred seats. In a category where most agency platforms quote only, being able to build a per-head budget from a public page is a genuine advantage.

Pipeline, client and invoice in one place

The product carries the candidate pipeline, the client CRM and billing together, which is the combination an agency normally assembles from an ATS, a sales CRM and an accounting tool. Fewer systems means fewer places where a placement can be tracked in one and invoiced in another.

Broad, specific privacy documentation

The privacy policy names UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, CCPA and CPRA, PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, and states that payment details are handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS. Naming named regimes rather than gesturing at compliance is more than many tools this size manage, and it gives a legal reviewer something concrete to work from.

Tiers that separate the AI from the basics

The ladder is steep on purpose: the entry tier covers the ATS and CRM work, and the AI-heavy capabilities sit above it. That lets an agency buy the system of record first and decide later whether the AI layer earns the step up, rather than paying for both from day one.

Main trade-offs

Call recordings land in the candidate record

The privacy policy states that VoIP recordings and transcripts may be imported and stored against candidate and client profiles. That is a legitimate product capability and it is also a data protection question with consent, retention and access-control consequences. Get the retention period, the consent mechanism and the deletion route in writing before recording a single candidate call.

Marketing and roadmap are not separated for you

The vendor's material is confident and does not consistently mark what has shipped, what is in beta and what is announced. SourcrLab therefore does not carry desktop applications, mobile applications or multichannel sequencing as live capabilities on this page. Ask for a written list of what is generally available on the tier you are buying.

The pricing page showed two Starter prices

A second reading on 29 August 2026 found two Starter cards on the same page, one at USD 49 and one at USD 30 with the full Starter feature list beneath it. The USD 30 figure is carried here because it is the one attached to what Starter actually includes, and the conflict is left visible rather than reconciled. Confirm the Starter rate in writing before signing, and confirm whether every tier is priced per seat while you are asking.

The step from Starter is more than triple

Starter to Advanced Recruiter is USD 30 to USD 110 per seat, and All Inclusive is USD 189. For a ten-consultant agency that is the difference between roughly USD 3,600 and USD 22,700 a year before the annual discount. Work out which tier holds the features your desk actually runs on before comparing the entry price with anything else.

Young vendor, thin independent evidence

No independent review base surfaced in this pass, and no migration or implementation documentation was found. For a system of record that will hold an agency's entire candidate and client history, the absence of both outcome evidence and a documented migration path is the risk that a trial period is least able to answer.

Pricing and buying reality

Starter USD 30, Advanced Recruiter USD 110, All Inclusive USD 189 per seat per month; 10% off on annual billing

  • Starter: USD 30 per seat per month โ€” but see the caveat below, which was established on 29 August 2026
  • Correction of 29 August 2026: a second reading of the same pricing page showed two Starter cards, one at USD 49 and one at USD 30 carrying the full Starter feature list. The USD 30 figure is the one attached to the feature list and is what this page carries; the conflict is real, unresolved, and a question for the vendor rather than something to reconcile here. Advanced Recruiter and All Inclusive were consistent across both readings
  • Advanced Recruiter: USD 110 per seat per month
  • All Inclusive: USD 189 per seat per month
  • Annual billing is advertised as a 10 percent saving
  • A 14-day free trial is offered and a payment card is required to start it
  • Agencies of 100 seats or more are handled separately rather than on the published ladder

What we do not know

  • Retention period, consent mechanism and deletion route for imported VoIP recordings and transcripts
  • Which advertised capabilities are generally available today, and which are announced or in development
  • Migration path and cost for an agency moving a live candidate and client database
  • Which AI providers process customer data, and whether customer data is used for model training

  • A separate agency ATS, client CRM and placement invoicing tool

May overlap with

  • Agency ATS and CRM platforms such as ATZ CRM, Recruit CRM and Loxo

Check before buying

  • A written list of what is generally available on the tier you are buying
  • Recording consent, retention and deletion terms before any candidate call is recorded
  • Migration scope and cost for your existing candidate and client history

Recruitable vs alternatives

Products a buyer would genuinely put next to this one, with the reason you would pick each instead.

ATZ CRM logo
ATZ CRM

A better fit when the entry price matters most: the same agency ATS-plus-CRM shape with a free tier and a trial that needs no card.

Recruit CRM logo

A better fit when an established agency platform with a deep independent review base matters more than a newer product's price ladder.
