Why these assessments
- Recruitment fitStrong
- The product is built for recruitment and staffing agencies end to end: candidate pipeline, client and deal CRM, submissions to clients, job multiposting and placement workflow.
- Ease of useUnknown
- The vendor markets an intuitive Kanban-first interface, but SourcrLab has not run a desk through it, and ease in an ATS shows up in month two, not the demo.
- ImplementationFair
- A fresh desk can start from the trial the same day, and the vendor states data migration is free from the Business tier upward as long as the data is not too complex, with complex migrations priced on size and complexity. Moving a live agency database is still real work, but it is no longer an unpriced unknown.
- Price transparencyFair
- Three per-user prices and their feature lists are published as annual-billing rates, the vendor states every paid plan is also available on monthly billing, the vendor confirms every paid plan can also be paid monthly, and the enrichment and AI-sourcing credit allowances sit behind the information button on each plan rather than being unpublished.
- Value for moneyUnknown
- USD 12 to 24 per seat undercuts most agency platforms on paper, but with almost no independent review base there is no outcome evidence to weigh the price against.
- ScalabilityFair
- Per-user pricing scales predictably and Business advertises unlimited candidate, contact and deal storage, but behaviour under a large agency's volume is not independently established.

The SourcrLab bottom line
ATZ CRM is a young all-in-one ATS + CRM aimed squarely at recruitment and staffing agencies: pipeline tracking, client and deal management, email and calendar sync, multiposting to more than twenty job boards, a Chrome extension for sourcing, and an AI layer for resume parsing, candidate matching and application review, with Zapier and an open API for the rest. The commercial model is its sharpest argument: three published per-user prices from USD 12 per user/month on annual billing, with monthly billing available too, and a trial without a card. The honest counterweight is maturity โ Capterra shows only a handful of reviews and G2 none, so vendor claims about speed and outcomes are still vendor claims. SourcrLab would treat it as a credible low-cost candidate for a small agency to trial against its real workflow, not as a proven replacement for an incumbent platform.
Best fit
A solo recruiter, boutique desk or small agency that wants candidate tracking, client CRM, job multiposting and AI matching in one system, at a seat price low enough that trying it is not a budget decision. A Free Forever plan carries the core ATS and CRM, and paid plans come with a 30-day trial without a card, so the evaluation costs attention rather than a contract.
Think twice if
If you need a vendor with a deep independent track record, a large ecosystem and proven behaviour under a big agency's data volume, the incumbents have evidence ATZ CRM does not yet have. The features most agencies actually run on โ calling, SMS, sequences, API โ sit in the Business tier, and the Enterprise tier bundles credits whose allowances the vendor publishes behind the information button on each plan.
SourcrLab assessment
Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.
Why choose ATZ CRM?
One system instead of an agency stack
ATS pipeline, client and deal CRM, email and calendar sync, candidate submissions to clients and reporting live in one product, which is exactly the consolidation a small agency otherwise assembles from three or four subscriptions.
A concrete AI layer, not a label
The AI features are specific: resume parsing on intake, candidate-job matching built on vector search over your own database using OpenAI and Anthropic models, AI review of incoming applications and generated content for jobs and outreach.
Multiposting and stack reach are built in
Jobs post to more than twenty boards including Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Reed, Total Jobs and ZipRecruiter, a Chrome extension imports profiles while sourcing, and Zapier plus an open API connect the rest of the stack.
Evaluation is genuinely cheap
There is a Free Forever plan with the core ATS and CRM, published prices from USD 12 per user per month on annual billing, and a 30-day trial on the paid plans without a credit card, so a desk can test the product against a real vacancy before anyone signs anything or talks to sales.
Main trade-offs
The independent evidence base is thin
Capterra lists ATZ CRM with only a handful of reviews and G2 shows none yet, so speed and outcome claims on the vendor's site have no independent confirmation. Judge it on your own trial, not on the marketing numbers.
The USD 12 headline is not the working plan
Calling and recording, SMS, automated sequences, reporting, custom roles and API access sit in the Business tier at USD 24 per user/month on annual billing, and LinkedIn and WhatsApp messaging sit in Enterprise, so model the tier you would actually run, not the cheapest one โ and on the billing term you would actually sign.
Enterprise cost is credit-metered
The Enterprise tier bundles enrichment credits, AI sourcing credits and calling or texting credits. The vendor states the included allowances are published behind the information button on each plan, so the entitlement is readable; what is still not published is what a credit costs once a plan's allowance is used, which is the number that decides the real top-tier bill.
Switching cost is the real price
For an agency already on an ATS, the cost of ATZ CRM is not the seat price but the migration of candidates, clients, notes and history. The vendor includes migration free from Business upward for straightforward data and prices complex migrations separately, so establish which side of that line your database falls on before you budget.
Pricing and buying reality
Free Forever plan; paid from USD 12 per user per month on annual billing; monthly billing also available; 30-day free trial
- Pro: USD 12 per user/month on annual billing, with sourcing, AI matching, unlimited job postings and email automation
- Business: USD 24 per user/month on annual billing, adding calling and recording, SMS, automated email sequences, reporting, custom roles, open API access and unlimited candidate, contact and deal storage
- Enterprise: USD 60 per user/month on annual billing, adding LinkedIn and WhatsApp messaging, enrichment credits, AI sourcing credits, portals, custom integrations and white-label options
- The three figures above are the annual-billing rates. Every paid plan can also be paid monthly โ the vendor confirms this โ and the monthly rate itself is on ATZ CRM's pricing page
What we do not know
- The monthly-billed rate per tier, and what an annual commitment therefore saves. Published on the vendor's pricing page; not read from this research environment
- Overage pricing once the enrichment and AI-sourcing credits on a plan are used
- Which core features the Free Forever plan includes, and where its limits sit
- What counts as data complex enough to make migration chargeable
- GDPR posture and data residency for EU agencies

How it fits your stack
Works with
- Job boards including Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Reed, Total Jobs and ZipRecruiter
- Mailbox and calendar sync for email and scheduling
- Zapier (6,000+ apps) and an open API on Business and above
- ZoomInfo and a Chrome extension for profile import while sourcing
Likely replaces
- A separate ATS and client CRM for a small agency
- Manual job posting board by board
- Spreadsheets tracking candidates, clients and deals
May overlap with
- Agency ATS + CRM platforms such as Recruit CRM, Manatal, Loxo and Crelate
- Standalone email-sequencing and outreach tools
Check before buying
- Which tier your real workflow needs: calling, SMS, sequences and API sit in Business, LinkedIn and WhatsApp in Enterprise
- Which of the 20+ job boards apply to your market and whether board contracts are included or your own
- Migration path and data export if you leave: get both in writing before moving a live database
- AI matching quality on your own historical placements during the trial, not on demo data
ATZ CRM vs alternatives
Products a buyer would genuinely put next to this one, with the reason you would pick each instead.
Choose Recruit CRM for the same agency ATS + CRM job with a far larger independent review base and years of track record, if the higher seat price fits
Choose Manatal when you want a similarly cheap AI-assisted ATS that is already widely reviewed and proven with small agencies and in-house teams
Choose Bullhorn when you run high-volume temp and contract staffing at a scale where ecosystem depth and vendor maturity outweigh seat price
