Our Experience
Recruit CRM is solid if you're running an agency and need structure. It helps you track candidates across stages, manage client relationships, and keep your pipeline from turning into chaos. Honestly, for solo recruiters or small teams it can feel like overkill: there's a lot of setup before you get value out of it. But once your workflows are dialed in, it does save time. I've used it on projects where I needed to coordinate with multiple hiring managers simultaneously, and that's where it really shines. If you're just sourcing for yourself, a simpler CRM or even a spreadsheet might do the trick. But for agencies billing multiple clients? It earns its keep.
