A general-purpose meeting notetaker that a lot of recruitment teams end up with because somebody else in the company bought it first. On its own terms it is good and cheap: unlimited transcription everywhere, USD 10 a seat a month on annual billing, storage unlimited from Business up, and a published security posture including SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, HIPAA and a BAA. As a hiring tool it is the wrong lens. Two structural gaps decide it: panel attribution, and the fact that custom data retention and private storage only appear on the annual-only Enterprise tier.
Best fit
A team that records everything and wants hiring calls to come along for the ride. Unlimited transcription on every plan including the free one is unusual, the summaries and action items are useful, and at USD 10 a seat a month on annual billing the cost barely registers next to the tools it sits beside.
Think twice if
If hiring is the reason you are buying it. Attribution breaks down in panel interviews, there is no scorecard or interview guide, and the controls a candidate-data conversation with legal will ask about, custom retention, private storage, audit logs and SSO, are all on the Enterprise tier.

The governance you need is Enterprise only
Custom data retention, private storage, audit logs, SSO and SCIM all sit on the top tier, which is sold annually at USD 39 a seat a month. If recording candidates triggers a retention conversation with legal, the cheap tiers do not answer it.
It is optimised for sales calls, not interviews
Conversation intelligence, team analytics and CRM links are built around a revenue meeting. There is no interview guide, no scorecard and nothing that pushes a structured evaluation into an ATS, so the hiring artefact stays yours to write.
Storage is the cap that actually binds
400 minutes for the whole team on free, 8,000 minutes a seat on Pro, unlimited from Business. Transcription may be unlimited, but what you can keep is not, and interviews are exactly the recordings you want to still have in three months.
Recording candidates is a consent decision first
A bot joining an interview is a processor holding a recording of a person applying for a job. Consent, lawful basis and retention are yours to settle before the first call, whatever the vendor's certifications say.
