Why these assessments
Recruitment fitStrong
A full ATS with a branded career site, job board distribution and CV parsing included from the free plan.
Ease of useUnknown
We have not used it, and we found no independent account of what running the free plan's single position actually feels like.
ImplementationStrong
The free plan is a working ATS for one vacancy and a real trial exists, so you can run a hire before a bill arrives.
Price transparencyStrong
Per-company plan prices, the scope of the free plan and the add-ons are published; pricing outside the United States is not.
Value for moneyStrong
Priced per company with unlimited users, so the tenth participant costs nothing โ€” though the add-ons are a second bill.
ScalabilityFair
Unlimited users on every plan, but structured hiring is two plans up and offers and HRIS integration sit on the top plan.

The SourcrLab bottom line

The honest comparison point against Trello, Airtable, Notion and Monday.com is that this one already is a hiring system: career site, 50-plus job boards, CV parsing and GDPR features are in the free plan, where the generic tools have none of it on any plan. What you trade is flexibility and, above the free tier, real money: USD 157 per month on Startup, and structured hiring, meaning scorecards, interview guides and reference checking, only from Growth at USD 273. Price the plan against the feature you actually came for, because the ladder here is about hiring practice, not volume.

Best fit

An employer that hires steadily and wants everyone involved, hiring managers, interviewers, finance, in the same system without a seat conversation. The per-company price is the reason this beats a per-seat tool once more than a handful of people participate.

Think twice if

Agencies and anyone hiring occasionally. There is no client or placement side to this product, and at USD 157 per month for the entry plan an occasional vacancy is expensive next to the free plan's single position.

SourcrLab assessment

Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.

Why choose Breezy HR?

Priced per company, with unlimited users

Every plan, including the free one, allows unlimited users. Nothing in the price punishes you for adding the hiring manager, the second interviewer or the assistant, which is exactly what per-seat tools do.

The free plan is a working ATS for one vacancy

Bootstrap runs one active position with a branded career site, distribution to more than 50 job boards, CV parsing and unlimited users. For a first hire, that is more hiring product than any general-purpose tool offers at any price.

Candidates arrive instead of being entered

The career site, the job board distribution and the parsing are the same system, so an application becomes a candidate record without a copy-paste step. That is the work a board or a base never removes.

A real trial before a real bill

Fourteen days, full-featured, no credit card, per the vendor's page. With a per-company price you can evaluate the whole thing with the whole team rather than one licensed evaluator.

Structured hiring exists here, unlike in the alternatives

Scorecards, interview guides, reference checking and questionnaires are product features rather than documents you write. They sit on Growth, but they exist, which is more than a kanban board or a database can say.

Main trade-offs

One position on the free plan, and one means one

Bootstrap allows a single active position or pool: you close or archive one before opening the next. A second vacancy is not a bigger free plan, it is USD 157 a month.

Structured hiring is two plans up

Scorecards, interview guides, reference checking, e-signatures and multiple pipelines all start on Growth at USD 273 per month, about USD 3,276 a year. If interview structure is why you are buying an ATS, that is your actual entry price.

Offers and HRIS integration are the top plan

Offer management, HRIS integrations, assessment integrations, custom permissions and nurture campaigns are Business features at USD 439 per month. The end of the funnel costs more than the middle of it.

The add-ons are a second bill

Breezy Intelligence from USD 30 a month, SMS messaging from USD 41 and Onboard from USD 49 sit outside the plan price. Small numbers individually, but they are the difference between the quoted price and the invoice.

Monthly billing costs two months a year

Startup is USD 189 billed monthly against USD 157 on an annual commitment, Growth USD 329 against USD 273, Business USD 529 against USD 439. The vendor describes the annual discount as two months free, and the arithmetic agrees.

No agency side to the product

This is an employer's ATS. There is no client company pipeline, no placement or margin administration and no submission flow to a customer, so an agency would be buying half a system.

Pricing and buying reality

Free for one position, then from USD 157 per month

  • Bootstrap: USD 0 forever, one active position or pool, unlimited users, branded career site, distribution to 50+ job boards, CV parsing
  • Startup: USD 157 per month on an annual commitment (USD 189 monthly), unlimited positions, automations, questionnaires, video interviews, background screening
  • Growth: USD 273 per month on an annual commitment (USD 329 monthly), adds scorecards, interview guides, reference checking, e-signatures, multiple pipelines
  • Business: USD 439 per month on an annual commitment (USD 529 monthly), adds offer management, HRIS and assessment integrations, custom permissions, nurture campaigns
  • Priced per company with unlimited users on every plan, not per seat
  • Add-ons outside the plan: Breezy Intelligence from USD 30, SMS from USD 41, Onboard from USD 49 per month
  • Free trial: 14 days, full-featured, no credit card

What we do not know

  • What the free plan's candidate limit really is. The page ties unlimited candidates to a 30-day window
  • Whether prices differ outside the United States
  • What Breezy Intelligence credits cost once the trial allocation runs out
  • Which plan includes SSO, and where candidate data is processed

How it fits your stack

Works with

  • More than 50 job boards, through built-in distribution
  • Slack, from the Startup plan
  • HRIS and assessment platforms, from the Business plan

Likely replaces

  • A kanban board or base that never handled applications arriving
  • A separate career page and a manual job posting routine
  • Interview notes scattered across documents, once you are on Growth

May overlap with

  • Workable, Recruitee and Manatal, which sell the same job to the same buyer
  • Assessment and reference tools, which Business integrates rather than replaces

Check before buying

  • Whether you need more than one open position, which ends the free plan
  • Whether scorecards and interview guides are why you are buying, which means Growth
  • Which add-ons your process assumes, since they are billed separately
  • How many vacancies a year you really run, against USD 1,884 for the entry plan
