Why these assessments
- Recruitment fitStrong
- Recruitment is the core product: sourcing, ATS, campaigns, assessments, interviews and job distribution are all native parts of the platform.
- Ease of useFair
- G2 reviewers are broadly positive about usability, but the product covers many modules and the current independent review sample is only about twenty reviews, so ease at scale is not yet strongly evidenced.
- ImplementationFair
- An open trial, free migration and common email/job-board connections reduce friction, but replacing several recruiting tools and configuring pipelines, sourcing, campaigns and assessments is still an implementation exercise.
- Price transparencyStrong
- Solo and Growth prices, seats, annual credits and the base credit price are publicly documented; Enterprise remains custom.
- Value for moneyFair
- The bundle can replace several subscriptions, but value depends heavily on how many sourcing, campaign and assessment actions consume credits in your actual workflow.
- ScalabilityFair
- Enterprise offers unlimited seats, onboarding and custom terms, but large-team economics and the breadth of enterprise integrations are not publicly modelable from the current documentation.

The SourcrLab bottom line
SupportFinity is one of the more ambitious consolidation plays in recruitment tech: ATS, people search, campaigns, assessments, interviews, job distribution, careers pages and AI agents sit inside the same product. That can remove real stack friction for a solo recruiter or lean team, and the pricing page makes the entry cost easier to model than many broad suites. The important caveat is that breadth is not the same as proven depth. SupportFinity publishes a very large people-data claim and a growing feature set, while independent evidence is currently only a small G2 review base and SourcrLab has not run the product on live vacancies. We would therefore test three things before consolidating around it: candidate relevance on your roles, the real monthly credit burn of your workflow, and whether the documented integrations cover the systems you cannot replace.
Best fit
Teams that genuinely want one recruiting workspace. SupportFinity covers discovery, applicant tracking, multi-touch campaigns, assessments and interview support, with public entry pricing and a shared credit model for data-heavy actions.
Think twice if
If your priority is a deep best-of-breed tool in one stage, a very broad native integration marketplace, or independently proven sourcing quality at scale. The platform is broad, credit use can compound across sourcing and evaluation, and the public review sample is still limited.
SourcrLab assessment
Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.
Why choose SupportFinity?
It can genuinely consolidate a recruiting stack
The paid plans combine job posting, ATS, people sourcing, campaigns, assessments, interviews, careers pages, salary tools and AI agents. For a lean team, that is a materially different buying proposition from adding one more specialist point solution.
Sourcing sits inside the same system as the ATS
SupportFinity exposes external people search, its own community database and the buyer's company database in one sourcing experience. Candidates can then move into campaigns or the ATS without exporting to a separate sourcing product first.
The platform goes beyond resume screening
Atom can create and score assessments and interview question sets, while the assessment marketplace provides ready-made content that can be customized. Results, downloadable reports and session recordings keep evaluation inside the same candidate record.
Public entry pricing reduces buying ambiguity
Solo and Growth publish seat counts, annual credit allocations and annualized monthly prices. SupportFinity also publishes a base price of USD 0.195 per credit and documents several feature-level credit costs.
LinkedIn, SEEK and common email providers have documented paths
The help center documents LinkedIn job posting, LinkedIn Recruiter job wrapping, SEEK job management, XML job feeds, and sending email through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Main trade-offs
Breadth needs to be tested for depth
SupportFinity covers more workflow stages than most tools in its price band. That is attractive for consolidation, but buyers should still test the modules they care about most rather than assuming every built-in feature is as deep as a specialist product.
Credit usage is broader than the headline sourcing price
The public credit guide shows separate costs for sourcing, auto-ranking, adding profiles to campaigns or the ATS, assessment invitations and AI-generated assessment content. A high-activity workflow can therefore consume materially more credits than 'one credit per sourced profile' suggests.
The public integration catalogue is still relatively narrow
SupportFinity documents useful routes for LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, XML feeds and email providers, but the public integration collection is small compared with mature ATS marketplaces. Verify any payroll, HRIS, calendar, SSO or specialist assessment dependency before consolidating.
The independent review base is positive but small and mixed
G2 showed about twenty reviews when checked. Ratings are high, but the sample includes seller-invited reviews and some job-seeker perspectives, so it is not yet a large body of evidence from comparable recruiting buyers.
The 2.4B+ profile claim is vendor-reported
SupportFinity says its external database contains more than 2.4 billion profiles. SourcrLab can verify that this is the number the vendor currently publishes, not the coverage, freshness, deduplication or relevance of that dataset in production.
Pricing and buying reality
Solo USD 89/month billed annually; Growth USD 259/month billed annually; Enterprise custom
- Solo: USD 1,068/year, 1 seat, unlimited jobs/applicants/mailboxes and 4,800 credits/year.
- Growth: USD 3,108/year, up to 3 seats, unlimited jobs/applicants/mailboxes and 14,400 credits/year.
- Enterprise: custom pricing with unlimited seats, onboarding/training, dedicated support and custom features.
- The vendor publishes a base credit price of USD 0.195; sourcing from the external database starts at 1 credit per profile and other AI/evaluation actions use their own credit amounts.
- A free trial is offered without a credit card, and the vendor advertises free data migration.
What we do not know
- The exact non-annual monthly prices shown at checkout and any promotional discounts that may change
- Enterprise seat economics, included credits and negotiated top-up rates
- The realistic monthly credit burn for your mix of sourcing, campaigns and assessments

How it fits your stack
Works with
- LinkedIn company pages for job posting and LinkedIn Recruiter via job wrapping
- SEEK for job posting and management
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes
- XML job feeds for third-party job distribution
- Chrome extension workflows across LinkedIn, GitHub and job boards
Likely replaces
- A basic ATS plus separate sourcing, outreach, assessment and interview-recording point tools for teams that accept the all-in-one trade-off
May overlap with
- Workable, Manatal and Loxo on ATS/recruiting-suite scope
- Dedicated sourcing and assessment products when those modules are used heavily
Check before buying
- Run representative vacancies through sourcing and compare relevance, freshness and contactability with your current source
- Model credits for the full journey, not only search: ranking, campaigns, ATS transfer and assessments can all consume credits
- Confirm every non-negotiable integration, especially HRIS, SSO, payroll, calendar and specialist assessment systems
- Ask for current security documentation behind the vendor's SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA and CASA claims if those controls matter to procurement
SupportFinity vs alternatives
Products a buyer would genuinely put next to this one, with the reason you would pick each instead.
Choose Workable for a more established ATS-led suite with a larger market footprint and a longer integration history.
Choose Manatal when you want a simpler ATS/recruitment CRM buying decision with less emphasis on a broad AI-agent and assessment ecosystem.
Choose Loxo when agency-style recruiting CRM, sourcing and outreach workflows matter more than an all-in-one employer hiring suite.
