Why these assessments
Recruitment fitStrong
Both products are purpose-built recruitment software: a sourcing engine that starts from a job description and, alongside it, an ATS with screening, QuickMatch AI ranking, talent pools and a built-in offer and employment-contract module.
Ease of useUnknown
The interface is built around occasional hiring-manager use, Capterra reviewers call it intuitive and the vendor names ease of use as a proven strength of the product rebuilt in 2020, but SourcrLab has not run a hiring process through it.
ImplementationFair
The vendor puts implementation at one to two weeks, run by the customer or with QJumpers support. That is short for a mid-market ATS, and the sourcing engine on its own is lighter again, since it can run beside an existing system of record rather than replacing it.
Price transparencyWeak
The pricing model is published โ€” job-volume ATS plans, pay-per-view sourcing โ€” but no actual price list is, so cost cannot be modelled without a quote.
Value for moneyUnknown
Without public prices for either product there is nothing to weigh the capability against, and SourcrLab has no usage evidence of its own.
ScalabilityFair
Unlimited users and a Casual-to-Premium plan ladder mean the model survives growth, but costs move with job volume and each step up needs a new quote.

The SourcrLab bottom line

QJumpers leads with an AI Talent Sourcing engine, sold as a separate product since 2021 and, per the vendor, its main product in North America and Europe. It searches public candidate profiles worldwide, auto-builds a search from a pasted job description, ranks matches and reveals contact data on a pay-for-what-you-view basis with free lookups. It runs three ways: standalone, connected to the ATS you already run, or with the QJumpers ATS. That ATS is the second product โ€” one the vendor has run since 2006, rebuilt on new technology in 2020 โ€” and its pitch is unusual in a per-seat world: plans priced by the number of jobs you manage, unlimited users, an interface configurable down to what an occasional hiring manager sees, plus QuickMatch AI ranking and a built-in offer and employment-agreement module. The honest caveats: no public price list on either product, a visible customer footprint concentrated in the US, Australia and New Zealand rather than Europe, and a small independent review base. SourcrLab would treat the sourcing engine as the thing to evaluate first, and ask hard pricing and data-residency questions outside its home markets.

Best fit

An RPO, staffing firm or larger organisation that needs passive-candidate sourcing at volume. The AI Talent Sourcing engine is the lead product in North America and Europe and is sold three ways: standalone, connected to the ATS you already run, or with the QJumpers ATS. That ATS is a real second option rather than a condition โ€” built for occasional hiring-manager use, priced by job volume with unlimited users.

Think twice if

If you are buying from Europe, need a published price list to model cost, or want a large public integration marketplace. QJumpers' visible customer base and job-board integrations centre on the US, Australia and New Zealand, no price list is public, and independent review volume is small.

SourcrLab assessment

Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.

Why choose QJumpers?

Priced by jobs, not seats

ATS plans are based on the volume of jobs you manage, with unlimited users per organisation. That inverts the usual per-seat model and suits companies where many hiring managers touch a modest number of vacancies.

Sourcing and tracking in one vendor

The AI Talent Sourcing module builds a search from a pasted job description, ranks candidates against the vacancy and reveals contact data, feeding the same system that tracks your applicants โ€” no separate sourcing platform to buy and reconcile.

Built for the occasional hiring manager

The interface is configurable per role: hiring managers see only what they need for quick occasional use, while recruitment managers get deeper views and permissions. Capterra reviewers echo that it is easy to pick up.

A plan ladder that starts casual

A pay-as-you-go Casual tier serves sporadic recruitment, the Core system covers most customers, and a Premium tier adds extended third-party functionality โ€” so a small team is not forced onto an enterprise contract on day one.

Main trade-offs

No public price list on either product

The vendor publishes how pricing works but not what anything costs. Budgeting requires a quote for the ATS tier and clarity on per-profile and contact-reveal rates for the sourcing module before you can compare it with transparently priced rivals.

The visible footprint is US, Australia and New Zealand

Named job-board integrations include Seek and Trade Me, with global posting via eQuest, and the customer stories the vendor names sit in the US and ANZ. A Benelux buyer should verify local job-board coverage, support hours and EU data handling before shortlisting.

Sourcing quality claims are the vendor's own

The 900-million-profile reach, 90% contact-finding rate and diversity-search claims all come from QJumpers' own pages. They are testable in a pilot on your real roles, and should be tested there rather than taken as established fact.

Independent review volume is small

The Capterra listing carries a few dozen reviews, and some reviewers mention slow moments, limited reporting flexibility and the shift to an all-inclusive package. That is thin evidence either way for a system-of-record decision.

Pricing and buying reality

Quote-based: the pricing model is public, the price list is not

  • ATS plans are priced by the volume of jobs managed, not by users; users are unlimited
  • Three ATS tiers: a pay-as-you-go Casual system, the Core system most customers use, and a Premium tier for extended third-party functionality
  • AI Talent Sourcing is billed per profile view or contact reveal; lookups are free and every plan includes all features
  • Existing ATS clients are offered discounted annual subscriptions when adding AI Talent Sourcing

What we do not know

  • Actual prices for the Casual, Core and Premium ATS tiers
  • Per-profile and contact-reveal rates, and the starting-plan amount for AI Talent Sourcing (a from-$349 figure circulates, but currency and billing period need confirming)
  • Implementation and integration-maintenance fees, and minimum contract terms
  • EU data residency, GDPR posture and support coverage for European time zones

  • Standalone sourcing and talent-intelligence tools such as SeekOut and hireEZ

Check before buying

  • A written quote for your actual job volume, plus sourcing rates per profile and contact reveal

Evidence

  • The AI Talent Sourcing engine, not the ATS, is the vendor's lead product in North America and Europe, and runs standalone, connected to an existing ATS, or with the QJumpers ATS.
