- Price
- €390 for one campaign; subscriptions from €690/month billed annually

Why these assessments
- Recruitment fitStrong
- Every major step is recruitment-specific: vacancy ads, candidate landing pages, screening questions, applicant pipeline, follow-up and interview scheduling.
- Ease of useUnknown
- The vendor positions setup as no-code and fast, but Capterra currently has zero user reviews and SourcrLab has not used the product.
- ImplementationFair
- A standalone campaign can use Match Loop's own flow, while connecting an existing ATS or HR system depends on Zapier/API setup and your Meta-account model.
- Price transparencyFair
- The canonical pricing page publishes exact plan prices and campaign limits, but a second public pricing route still shows materially different historic figures and the media-spend treatment is not explicit on the pricing page.
- Value for moneyUnknown
- Software cost is visible, but campaign outcome depends on media spend and applicant quality, and there are no independent user reviews yet to ground an ROI judgement.
- ScalabilityFair
- The product supports agency multi-account work, team roles and a custom Advanced tier above five campaigns, but exact Advanced economics and enterprise integration depth require a sales conversation.

The SourcrLab bottom line
The useful thing about Match Loop is not the AI label. It packages the paid-social recruiting motion itself: generate the ad and landing page, publish to Meta, pre-screen the response, keep applicants in a Kanban pipeline, then follow up by email or WhatsApp and schedule the interview. That can remove several hand-offs for an SMB or agency running repeat social campaigns. The buying questions sit elsewhere: model media spend separately from the software fee until the vendor confirms the invoicing setup, verify exactly how AI scoring and human intervention work in your configuration, and do not treat vendor speed or quality claims as proven outcomes. Capterra currently shows zero user reviews, so the independent operating evidence is still thin.
Best fit
Recurring hard-to-fill or volume hiring where Facebook and Instagram are part of the sourcing mix and the current process still jumps between a media buyer, landing-page form, spreadsheet or ATS, and manual follow-up. Match Loop's real value is compressing those hand-offs into one campaign workflow.
Think twice if
If your primary requirement is a deep ATS/CRM system of record, sophisticated enterprise workflow governance, or independently proven AI-screening quality. Match Loop can carry applicants through a campaign pipeline, but its own integration page also assumes candidate data may need to flow onward into an HR system.
SourcrLab assessment
Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.
Why choose Match Loop?
One workflow from social ad to candidate pipeline
The current plans combine AI-generated job copy and visuals, a vacancy landing page, Meta publishing, pre-screening and a candidate pipeline. For a team that currently assembles that stack manually, consolidation is the strongest reason to shortlist it.
Follow-up is part of the campaign, not an afterthought
Match Loop has two-way Gmail and Outlook email sync, automated email/WhatsApp follow-up and calendar scheduling. That addresses the operational gap after a social lead converts, where fast applicant response usually requires another tool or manual work.
Campaign-based pricing fits shared teams better than seat pricing
The commercial unit is the campaign rather than a recruiter seat. That is useful for agencies and shared TA teams where several people touch the same campaign, although the annual Starter and Performance commitment still matters to the total contract value.
It can sit beside an existing recruiting stack
Meta, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Zapier and an API are all published integration paths. The vendor explicitly describes Zapier/API workflows that push candidate data into HR systems, so adopting Match Loop does not require making it the only system in the stack.
Main trade-offs
The software fee is not enough to model campaign economics
The integrations page says you control ad spend through your own Meta Business account or can use Match Loop's managed account. The pricing page publishes software fees but does not spell out how media spend or a managed-account setup is invoiced. Budget the ad spend separately until the vendor confirms that treatment for your plan.
Two public pricing routes currently disagree
The live /pricing page shows €390 Single, €690 Starter and €990 Performance with 1, 3 and 5 campaigns respectively. A separate public /pricing-v2 route still shows €499 and €699 plans with different campaign limits. We use /pricing as the canonical current route; buyers should ignore cached or secondary figures and confirm the contract before signing.
AI screening needs a governance check before rollout
The product publishes application screening, AI scoring and automated follow-up as features. Its privacy policy separately states that no fully automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects takes place without human intervention. Before using scores to reject or deprioritise applicants, map what is automated, what a recruiter reviews and what the audit trail looks like in your exact workflow.
The built-in ATS looks like a campaign pipeline, not a proven enterprise system of record
From our reading, the Kanban, candidate card, communication and scheduling cover the operational life of a social campaign well. The vendor's own integration material also describes pushing candidate data into an HR system through Zapier/API. For a complex TA organisation, test whether Match Loop replaces anything in the ATS or simply feeds it.
There is no independent user-review base yet
Capterra's Match Loop profile was last updated in July 2026 and currently shows zero user reviews. That means implementation effort, support quality, screening accuracy and day-to-day usability cannot be cross-checked against customer experience there yet.
Pricing and buying reality
€390 for one campaign; subscriptions from €690/month billed annually
- Single: €390 one-time for 1 campaign/vacancy.
- Starter: €690/month billed annually for 3 campaigns/vacancies per month (€230 per campaign).
- Performance: €990/month billed annually for 5 campaigns/vacancies per month (€198 per campaign).
- Advanced: custom proposal for more than 5 campaigns per month; the pricing page states 'from €70 per campaign'.
- A 7-day trial is documented in the terms and the agency offer advertises 7 days with all features; exact scope outside that agency offer should be confirmed.
What we do not know
- How Meta media spend is invoiced when using Match Loop's managed ad account, and whether any service fee applies to that setup.
- The minimum annual contract value and campaign economics of the custom Advanced tier beyond the published 'from €70 per campaign'.
- The exact trial limits for non-agency customers: the agency page says all features, while the general terms allow limited functionality or usage rights during a trial.

May overlap with
- ATS candidate pipelines
- Recruitment marketing platforms
- Candidate email and WhatsApp engagement tools
Check before buying
- Media-spend invoicing and managed Meta-account fees
- Exact ATS/HRIS hand-off path through Zapier or API
- AI-screening thresholds, rejection logic and human review
- Advanced-plan contract minimums and trial limits
Match Loop vs alternatives
Products a buyer would genuinely put next to this one, with the reason you would pick each instead.
Choose it instead for enterprise-scale programmatic recruitment advertising across multiple channels and a more media-operations-heavy buying problem.
Choose it instead when the ATS, career site and end-to-end hiring workflow need to be the centre of the stack and paid-social campaign execution is secondary.
Choose it instead when a recruitment agency mainly wants to automate social content and job distribution rather than own the full paid-ad-to-applicant funnel inside one platform.
