All-in-one agency ATS and CRM, from prospect to placement
Primary sources checkedJobTetris
JobTetris puts ATS, CRM, digital references, CV formatting, video interviews, email marketing, document signing, portals and reporting into one system aimed at recruitment agencies. Its agency pricing is not published: the numbers on the public site are employer plans and should not be read across.
The short answer
- Best for
- An agency running its ATS, CRM, references, CV formatting and client communication in five different places and paying five bills for it
- Not ideal for
- Buyers who need a published agency price before a sales conversation, because there is not one
- Price
- Agency pricing not published; employer plans from $40/month
- Closest alternative
- Recruit CRMThe comparable agency ATS and CRM with published per-user pricing and a large independent review base, when you want the same consolidation with a price you can read.

Why these assessments
- Recruitment fitStrong
- The segmentation is agency-specific down to the shapes it names โ independent recruiters, boutiques, large agencies, and temp and blue-collar agencies โ and the feature set follows that rather than a generic HR one.
- Ease of useUnknown
- SourcrLab has not used it. On an all-in-one system the daily experience is decided by the two or three screens a recruiter never leaves, and no public evidence speaks to those.
- ImplementationUnknown
- Migration scope, onboarding and implementation fees were not established, and for a system of record that carries candidates, clients and commercial history, migration is usually the largest part of the decision.
- Price transparencyWeak
- The site advertises transparent pricing for every size of agency and the accessible numeric page is employer pricing. For the buyer the product is aimed at, there is effectively no published price.
- Value for moneyUnknown
- Not assessable for an agency buyer: there is no agency price to weigh the breadth against, and applying the employer figures would produce a comparison against a number that does not apply.
- ScalabilityFair
- The vendor names independent recruiters through to large agencies as distinct segments, which suggests the product is meant to grow with a firm. Without an agency price or a seat model, how the cost behaves across that range cannot be stated.

The SourcrLab bottom line
The consolidation story is the product: ATS and CRM together, plus digital references, CV and resume formatting, video interviews with AI meeting transcripts, email marketing, workflow automation, document signing, website job boards, calendar booking links, candidate and client portals, and reporting. The agency segmentation is specific โ independent recruiters, boutique agencies, large agencies, temp and blue-collar agencies โ which reads as a product that knows its buyer. It also runs internal-hiring and job-seeker products on the same site, and those carry different pricing and a different buyer; the employer figures should never be quoted at an agency. As with any all-in-one, a bundled module is not automatically equal to the specialist tool it replaces, so test the ones your desk depends on rather than counting them.
Best fit
A smaller agency whose stack has accumulated: an ATS, a separate CRM or spreadsheet for business development, a reference-checking product, a CV formatting tool, a video interview subscription, an e-signature account. JobTetris covers all of that in one system with candidate and client portals, and for a firm paying six bills and reconciling six datasets, consolidation is the whole value.
Think twice if
Do not budget from the numbers on the site. Employer Basic at $40 a month for one user and Employer Premium from $2 an employee a month are internal-hiring products; the agency plans they sit beside have no published figures at all. A G2 listing reports provider-supplied agency prices, and a review-site field is not a vendor quote. Ask for the agency rate, the contract term and the migration scope in writing before comparing this to anything.

Why choose JobTetris?
Business development and delivery in one system
The agency workflow connects prospecting, live jobs and candidate activity rather than keeping the commercial and the recruiting sides in separate tools. For a firm whose consultants do both, that is the seam that costs the most time when it is missing.
The bundled modules are the ones agencies actually buy separately
Digital references, CV formatting, video interviews with transcripts, e-signature and email marketing are each a subscription in a typical agency stack. Bundling exactly those, rather than a generic feature list, is what makes the consolidation argument concrete.
Candidate and client portals as standard
Shared visibility for both sides is included rather than an enterprise upgrade. For an agency selling on service quality, a client who can see the shortlist without emailing for it is a differentiator the software makes possible.
Main trade-offs
The agency price is not published
The site describes transparent pricing for every size of agency and the numeric page that is reachable covers employer plans. For the buyer this product is built for, there is no figure to shortlist on, which is a real constraint however good the software is.
Employer prices must not be read as agency prices
Employer Basic at $40 a month for one user and Employer Premium from $2 an employee a month belong to the internal-hiring product with a different buyer and a different scope. Carrying them across to an agency conversation would misprice the decision in a direction nobody can predict.
Breadth needs testing module by module
An all-in-one that lists twelve capabilities is making twelve claims, and a bundled reference-checking or CV-formatting module is not automatically equal to the specialist product it replaces. Test the two or three your desk depends on before treating the bundle as a saving.
Migration and contract terms are unestablished
Contract term, migration scope and onboarding fees were not found. For a system that will hold every candidate, client and placement record a firm has, those are the numbers that decide whether the switch is affordable, and they are all missing.
Pricing and buying reality
Agency pricing not publicly verified; employer plans from $40/month
- No first-party numeric agency price table was found; the site labels agency pricing as transparent for every size of agency without publishing figures
- Employer plans only: Employer Basic $40/month for one user, shown as $440 annually
- Employer plans only: Employer Premium from $2 per employee/month
- Employer prices do not apply to agency buyers and should not be used to budget an agency purchase
- A third-party review site reports provider-supplied agency prices; that is not first-party evidence and is not published here as a price
What we do not know
- Agency pricing, per seat or otherwise
- Contract term and notice period
- Migration and onboarding scope and fees

How it fits your stack
Works with
- A website that needs an embedded job board
- Calendar booking for interview scheduling
Likely replaces
- A separate reference-checking, CV formatting and e-signature subscription
- A CRM or spreadsheet kept alongside the ATS for business development
May overlap with
- Email marketing and video interview products bought standalone
Check before buying
- The agency price, contract term and migration fee in writing
- Depth of the two or three bundled modules your desk depends on
- That any quoted figure is an agency figure and not the employer plan
JobTetris vs alternatives
Products a buyer would genuinely put next to this one, with the reason you would pick each instead.
Choose Recruit CRM when you want the same agency ATS and CRM consolidation with published per-user pricing and a large independent review base behind it.
Choose JobAdder when you want an established agency platform with a broad integration marketplace, and would rather add specialist tools than rely on bundled modules.
Consider Vincere for an agency operating system with comparable breadth across recruitment, commercial and reporting workflows.
