AI voice screening with a bundled ATS, built for frontline hiring

Primary sources checked

HappyFleet

HappyFleet calls candidates instead of emailing them: an AI recruiter runs a scored voice screen in ten-plus languages, and everyone who passes lands in HappyFleet's own ATS. It is aimed squarely at logistics, warehouse, healthcare, hospitality, facilities, security and retail hiring.

The short answer

Best for
A frontline employer running hundreds of applicants a month through phone screens, where the bottleneck is calling people back rather than finding them
Not ideal for
Knowledge-worker and executive hiring, and any team with low enough volume that 150 AI interviews a month is more capacity than the role needs
Price
From $499/month monthly, or $449/month annual, for 150 AI interviews
Closest alternative

FountainThe established high-volume frontline hiring platform, with a larger footprint and a longer track record in exactly these industries.

Why these assessments
Recruitment fitStrong
It is not a general AI product bent towards hiring. Voice screening, scored role-specific questions, a candidate pipeline, job-board connections, SMS and self-scheduling are all built around one hiring shape, and the industries are named rather than implied.
Ease of useUnknown
SourcrLab has not used it. In voice screening the number that matters is how many candidates finish the call rather than hang up, and no public evidence establishes it.
ImplementationStrong
A 14-day trial with no credit card, and the vendor states setup in five minutes. Because the ATS is bundled there is no integration to build before the first screen runs, which is the usual delay with a screening layer.
Price transparencyStrong
Three tiers with their interview volumes attached, both the monthly and the annual effective rate shown, and unlimited users and jobs across them. What you will be billed is legible before any conversation.
Value for moneyUnknown
Not assessed. The price per interview is easy to calculate; whether an AI phone screen produces a shortlist a frontline recruiter would have produced is the actual question, and nothing public answers it.
ScalabilityFair
Users and jobs are unlimited, so the cost meter is interview volume alone โ€” 150, 300 or 600 a month. That scales predictably up to the Pro ceiling; above it there is no published rate, which is where a genuinely large frontline employer would land.

The SourcrLab bottom line

A vertical product that knows which vertical it is in: logistics and delivery, warehouse and fulfilment, healthcare, hospitality and quick service, facility services, security and retail, with separate staffing and RPO positioning. The AI recruiter handles the voice screen with configurable role-specific questions and weighted scoring, and the transcript and recording stay available for review; the FAQ states the AI identifies itself at the start of the call, which is the disclosure question this category usually leaves to the buyer. Qualified candidates flow straight into HappyFleet's own ATS, so the handoff that normally breaks between a screening tool and a pipeline does not exist here. Users and jobs are unlimited across the three tiers, which moves the whole cost onto interview volume.

Best fit

Frontline hiring, where the problem is almost never sourcing. Applications arrive; the loss happens between application and first conversation, because nobody calls back fast enough and candidates take the job that phoned first. An AI that runs the screen in the candidate's chosen language, at whatever hour the application lands, is aimed at exactly that gap.

Think twice if

The economics only work at volume. The entry tier is $499 a month for 150 AI interviews, so a team screening thirty candidates a month is paying roughly seventeen dollars a screen for capacity it will not use, and the bundled ATS is not a reason to pay it either. Below a few hundred applicants a month, a person with a phone is cheaper.

SourcrLab assessment

Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.

Why choose HappyFleet?

The screen happens when the application does

Frontline candidates apply to several employers and accept the first credible offer. An AI recruiter that calls at nine in the evening in the candidate's chosen language removes the delay that loses them, and does it without asking a coordinator to work that hour.

The screen and the pipeline are one product

Qualified candidates flow into HappyFleet's ATS rather than into a CSV. Screening tools usually stop at a score and leave the buyer to build the handoff; bundling removes the integration project that normally sits between the two.

Cost tracks interviews, not headcount

Unlimited users and jobs on every tier means a site manager, a regional lead and a coordinator can all work in it without changing the bill. For frontline operations with many locations and many people touching a hire, that is the difference between adopting it and rationing it.

Disclosure is built into the call

The FAQ states the AI identifies itself to candidates at the start of the call, and full transcripts and recordings stay available for review. Both matter in a category where the honest handling of an automated phone screen is often left to the employer to work out.

Main trade-offs

The entry price assumes volume you may not have

Growth is $499 a month for 150 AI interviews. There is no smaller tier and no per-interview option, so a team screening a few dozen candidates a month pays for capacity it will not consume. The model rewards frontline volume and punishes anything below it.

Two prices, and the lower one is a commitment

Growth, Scale and Pro are $499, $799 and $1,399 monthly, with annual effective rates of $449, $719 and $1,259 โ€” a stated ten percent annual saving. Budget on whichever you will actually sign, because the difference is a year's commitment rather than a discount code.

Frontline strength does not generalise

The whole design assumes applicants arriving in volume for defined roles. Executive search, technical hiring and any process where sourcing rather than screening is the constraint are outside what this evidence supports, and the vertical framing on the vendor's own pages says as much.

The integration and security list is not published

Job-board connections and integrations are described but not enumerated, and no security certification was established. For an employer whose applicants arrive through specific job boards, and for anyone processing voice recordings of candidates, those are procurement questions with no published answer.

Likely replaces

  • A coordinator making first-round screening calls
  • A separate ATS for frontline roles

May overlap with

  • High-volume hiring platforms that also own the pipeline

Check before buying

  • Your real monthly screening volume against the 150-interview entry tier
  • Which job boards connect, by name, since the catalogue is not published
  • How voice recordings and transcripts are stored, retained and disclosed
