AI recruiter covering sourcing, outreach, screening and scheduling

Primary sources checked

DigitalHire Max

Max is DigitalHire's AI recruiter: it sources from LinkedIn, enriches contacts, runs voice, SMS and email outreach, screens through async video and books the interview. Employer plans start at $499 a month per active role, and a separately priced agency mode white-labels the whole thing.

The short answer

Best for
An employer with one to three hard roles open who would otherwise pay an agency, or a staffing firm that wants a white-labelled AI recruiter per consultant seat
Not ideal for
Teams with many roles open at once on the lower tiers, where per-role pricing and per-role outreach caps both bite
Price
Core $499/month for 1 role; Growth $999/month for 3; agency and enterprise quoted
Closest alternative

Why these assessments
Recruitment fitStrong
Sourcing, enrichment, outreach, async video interviewing and scheduling are all hiring-specific and all first-party documented. It is a recruiting product rather than a sales engagement tool repositioned for recruiters.
Ease of useUnknown
SourcrLab has not used it. With an automation product covering five steps, ease is really about how much correction each step needs before a message goes out, and no public evidence establishes that.
ImplementationFair
The vendor says most teams can be live within 24 hours, which is a vendor claim. Against that, each agency seat connects a LinkedIn account and the product depends on ATS integration whose depth is not documented, so the real work is in the connections rather than the setup.
Price transparencyFair
Employer tiers, role counts, the extra-role rate and the fair-use outreach caps are all published, which is more than most. Agency and enterprise are quoted and billed quarterly, and the agency page's promotional discount muddies what the standing price actually is.
Value for moneyUnknown
Not assessed. Against an agency fee $499 a month per role looks cheap and against a sourcing subscription it does not, and which comparison applies depends on results this evidence cannot speak to.
ScalabilityFair
Extra roles are $150 each on Growth and Enterprise removes the caps entirely, so the model does scale โ€” but it scales by paying per role, which is a different curve from a seat or a volume licence and needs modelling against your requisition count.

The SourcrLab bottom line

Broad by design: LinkedIn sourcing with enrichment, AI voice, SMS and email outreach, async video interviewing and scheduling, all documented first-party, with ATS integration on every tier. Employer pricing is per active role โ€” $499 for one, $999 for three, $150 for each extra on Growth โ€” and Enterprise is custom, billed quarterly, with the outreach caps removed. The agency mode is the commercially interesting half: a per-recruiter seat that includes an AI recruiter and one connected LinkedIn account, full white-labelling of candidate communication, video portal, shortlists and reports, plus multi-client roles, a shared candidate database and client-facing weekly reports. Its Growth Program page advertises 50% off for early firms alongside a 14-day trial, which is a launch promotion rather than a durable price and is recorded here only as that.

Best fit

The buyer who wants the whole top of the funnel handled rather than one step improved. Most tools in this space pick a stage โ€” sourcing, or outreach, or video screening โ€” and Max covers the run from LinkedIn search to booked interview, which is genuinely a different purchase from a point solution and worth the different price if the funnel is the problem.

Think twice if

Read the caps next to the word unlimited. Core and Growth advertise unlimited applicants and simultaneously carry a fair-use outreach cap of 250 and 300 candidates per role. Those are not contradictory โ€” applicants who come to you are unlimited, candidates you go out to are not โ€” but a buyer budgeting an outbound campaign on the word unlimited will hit a wall the pricing page mentions only in passing.

Why choose DigitalHire Max?

One purchase covers five steps

LinkedIn sourcing, contact enrichment, multi-channel outreach, async video screening and scheduling are all in scope on every employer tier. A team currently paying for a sourcing tool, a sequencer and a video interview product is comparing one line against three.

White-label agency mode is a real product, not a setting

Candidate communication, the video portal, shortlists and reports can all carry the agency's brand, with multi-client roles, a shared candidate database and client-facing weekly reports. For a staffing firm, an AI recruiter the client never sees branded by somebody else is a materially different proposition from one that is.

Per-role pricing matches how hiring budget works

Hiring is authorised requisition by requisition, and $499 for one active role is a number a hiring manager can approve against a vacancy rather than a platform a team has to adopt. Extra roles at $150 keep that shape as the requisition count grows.

Main trade-offs

Unlimited applicants is not unlimited outreach

Core carries a 250-candidate fair-use outreach cap per role and Growth 300, while both advertise unlimited applicants. Inbound volume and outbound activity are metered differently, and only Enterprise removes the cap. Budget the outbound number, because that is the one that constrains a sourcing campaign.

A launch discount is not a price

The Agency Growth Program page advertises 50% off for early firms with a 14-day trial. That may be genuine and it may also be gone by the time you sign; treat the undiscounted quarterly agency quote as the number to plan against, and get the discount's end date in writing.

ATS integration is named but not specified

Every tier lists ATS integration, and nothing establishes which systems or what flows in each direction. Between a webhook that drops a name into a pipeline and a two-way sync that keeps stages aligned there is a great deal of daily work, and only one of those removes it.

Candidate data handling is broad and uncertified

The privacy policy applies globally to employers and job seekers and describes collecting resume and contact information and, in some cases, sensitive information. No formal certification was established from the pages checked. A product that sources, enriches, calls and records deserves a closer procurement look than one that only tracks applicants.

Pricing and buying reality

  • Core $499/month: 1 active role, unlimited applicants, AI voice, SMS and email, ATS integration, LinkedIn sourcing, 250-candidate fair-use outreach cap per role
  • Growth $999/month: 3 active roles, LinkedIn sourcing plus enrichment, 300-candidate cap per role, extra roles $150 each
  • Enterprise: custom, billed quarterly, unlimited roles and applicants, custom integrations, no outreach cap
  • Agency: custom, billed quarterly, per recruiter seat, each seat including an AI recruiter and one connected LinkedIn account
  • Annual billing advertises a 20% saving
  • The Agency Growth Program page advertises 50% off for early firms with a 14-day trial โ€” a launch promotion, not a standing price

What we do not know

  • Agency seat price and minimum seat count
  • Which ATS systems integrate, and what synchronises in each direction
  • How long the 50% early-firm agency discount remains available
  • Formal security certifications

How it fits your stack

Works with

  • An existing ATS, listed as integrated on every tier
  • LinkedIn, as the sourcing substrate and per-seat connection in agency mode

Likely replaces

  • A separate sourcing tool, outreach sequencer and async video interview product
  • Agency spend on the top of the funnel for a defined role

May overlap with

  • The sourcing and screening layers of an all-in-one recruiting platform

Check before buying

  • Your outbound volume per role against the 250 or 300 fair-use cap
  • Your requisition count against per-role pricing before assuming the entry tier fits
  • What the ATS integration actually writes back, by system name
