The jump from Starter to Pro is USD 79 to USD 419 a month, and the ATS integrations, unlimited users and AI proctoring all sit on the far side of it.
Best fit
Engineering hiring where the screen has to be a real coding exercise and the live interview happens in the same environment, with enough volume to justify an annual plan.
Think twice if
Anyone hiring outside engineering, since this library is built for developers, and small teams on Starter, which is a single user with five attempts a month.

Attempts are the unit, at USD 20 for anything beyond the plan, and the annual plans pool them across the year. Hiring in bursts does not require buying for your busiest month twelve times.

ATS integration lives on Pro
Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby integrations, plus calendar integration, are Pro features. On Starter the assessment results live outside your hiring system, exactly as they do on the entry tier of every competitor.
The question library is tiered too
2000+ questions on Starter, 4000+ on Pro, and the full 7500+ only on Enterprise. Which questions you can ask is part of what you are buying, not a constant across plans.
Annual pricing is the advertised pricing
USD 79 a month for Starter means USD 948 billed annually with 60 attempts for the year. Paid monthly it is USD 99 with five attempts a month, so the flexible route costs more and constrains you into the calendar.
