Recruitment advertising orchestration across social and job boards

Primary sources checked

SOAP by Twenty Twenty Solutions

SOAP — Social Orchestration and Automation Platform — lets an in-house recruitment team run vacancy advertising across Meta, TikTok and job boards from one place, with jobs synced from the ATS, AI-generated creatives and a live dashboard on spend, applicants and cost per hire. The vendor states 0% markup on ad spend.

The short answer

Best for
An internal recruitment team currently paying an advertising agency a percentage of spend, that wants the same campaigns run in-house with the media cost visible
Not ideal for
Agencies looking for a client-facing advertising product, and anyone without an ATS or job feed to connect it to
Price
Solo EUR 299/month plus EUR 149 setup, 3-month minimum; up to Business EUR 999/month

Why these assessments
Recruitment fitStrong
It advertises vacancies specifically: jobs sync from the ATS, campaigns are built around them, and the dashboard measures applicants and cost per hire rather than impressions and reach.
Ease of useUnknown
SourcrLab has not used it. A guided campaign builder is designed to let a recruiter run social advertising without being a media buyer, and whether that holds when a campaign underperforms is the real test.
ImplementationStrong
Onboarding including ATS integration is stated at roughly two to six hours, ATS integration is included in every plan, and the vendor says it will build an integration at no extra charge where one does not exist. A free pilot month runs on the buyer's own ad spend.
Price transparencyStrong
Three tiers with campaign counts, setup fees, minimum terms and the extra-campaign rate all published, plus an explicit statement of 0% markup on ad spend. The line between the software fee and the media budget is drawn on the pricing page.
Value for moneyUnknown
Not assessed. The software fee is clear and the media spend is the buyer's own, so the comparison against an agency percentage is arithmetic — but whether the campaigns perform as well is a question this evidence cannot settle.
ScalabilityFair
The tiers scale by active campaigns — one or two, three to six, seven to fourteen, then custom above fifteen — and each extra campaign is EUR 179 a month. The minimum term also grows with the tier, from three months to twelve.

The SourcrLab bottom line

Purpose-built for in-house recruitment teams rather than agencies, which is unusual in recruitment advertising and shapes everything else. Jobs sync from the ATS or are uploaded, a guided builder launches campaigns across social and job-board channels with AI-generated creatives, targeting and budget control, and a real-time dashboard tracks spend, applicants and cost per hire. Pricing is fully published: Solo EUR 299 a month for one or two active campaigns with EUR 149 setup and a three-month minimum, Team EUR 599 for three to six with EUR 399 setup and six months, Business EUR 999 for seven to fourteen with EUR 749 setup and twelve months, and custom above fifteen campaigns, with each extra campaign EUR 179 a month. ATS integration is included in every plan and the vendor says it will build one where none exists. A free pilot month is offered on which the buyer pays only their own advertising spend.

Best fit

An in-house team that has been buying recruitment advertising through an agency and wants the control and the numbers back. The commercial structure is what makes that possible: a flat software fee, the media budget paid directly by the employer, and a stated 0% markup on ad spend, so the split between what the platform costs and what the advertising costs is legible on an invoice rather than buried in a retainer.

Think twice if

It depends on something upstream. SOAP is not an ATS and does not hold vacancies; it syncs them from one, or takes them uploaded manually. If the jobs do not arrive cleanly, the whole campaign layer sits on nothing. The minimum terms also lengthen as the plan grows, from three months on Solo to twelve on Business, so the larger commitment arrives exactly when the platform is doing more.

Why choose SOAP by Twenty Twenty Solutions?

The media cost and the software cost are separate lines

0% markup on ad spend is stated across plans, and the employer pays the advertising directly. For an internal team that has to defend a budget, being able to show the platform fee and the media spend as two numbers rather than one agency invoice is the difference between a defensible budget and a black box.

Built for the in-house team, not for an agency to resell

The whole product assumes the person running the campaign also owns the vacancy. That shows in the dashboard measuring applicants and cost per hire rather than reach, and in a guided builder that does not assume media-buying expertise.

Integration is included, and built if missing

ATS integration sits in every plan and the vendor states it will build one at no extra charge where a connector does not exist, with onboarding at roughly two to six hours. Integration cost is where advertising platforms usually surprise a buyer, and this removes that line entirely.

A pilot that costs only the advertising

The free pilot month asks the buyer to pay their own ad spend and nothing else. That is an unusually honest trial for this category, because it tests the thing that matters — whether the campaigns produce applicants — rather than whether the interface is pleasant.

Main trade-offs

It needs an ATS or a job feed to exist

SOAP advertises vacancies it receives; it does not hold them. Where the job data is messy, incomplete or manually uploaded, the campaign layer inherits every one of those problems and the dashboard's cost-per-hire number inherits them too.

The minimum term grows with the plan

Three months on Solo, six on Team, twelve on Business. A team that scales from two campaigns to eight is also moving from a quarterly commitment to an annual one, and that should be part of the upgrade decision rather than a discovery afterwards.

Setup fees are real money at every tier

EUR 149, EUR 399 and EUR 749 respectively, on top of the monthly fee. On Solo that is half a month added to a three-month commitment; on Business it is most of a month. Include it in the first-year comparison rather than reading the monthly figure alone.

Channel inventory and security detail are not published

Meta and TikTok are named, and the full job-board inventory, security certifications and international billing arrangements were not established. For a team advertising in several countries, the channel list per market is the question that decides fit.
