AI sourcing and multichannel outreach agent
Primary sources checkedNoRecruit
Sourcing agent that takes a hiring brief in plain language, finds and evaluates profiles, then runs the first conversations over LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp until a candidate is worth a recruiter's time.
The short answer
- Best for
- Agency and in-house desks running several repeatable outbound roles a month, where first-touch conversation volume is the bottleneck
- Not ideal for
- Teams filling a handful of senior roles a quarter, or anyone who cannot let an agent send the first message without human sign-off
- Price
- EUR 349 or EUR 999 per month. No free plan, no free trial
- Closest alternative
- SourceGeekChoose SourceGeek when the job is an AI assistant across the ATS, inbox and calendar you already run, and a published seat price is easier to defend than a credit bundle

Why these assessments
- Recruitment fitStrong
- Built for one recruitment job end to end: brief in, sourced and screened profiles out, conversations handled in between. Nothing about it is a repurposed sales sequencer.
- Ease of useUnknown
- A natural-language brief is the advertised entry point, but SourcrLab has not run a role through it and found no independent account of what the agent does when the brief is vague.
- ImplementationFair
- Connecting LinkedIn, a mailbox and WhatsApp is light technically. The work is the policy around it: who approves messages, what happens when a candidate replies at 23:00, and how the thread lands in the ATS.
- Price transparencyStrong
- Both tiers, the per-channel add-on and the credit top-up are published in euros, which is rarer than it should be in this category.
- Value for moneyUnknown
- The price is knowable and the output is not: without hands-on evidence of reply quality we cannot say whether 10,000 screens produce shortlists a recruiter would have produced anyway.
- ScalabilityFair
- Seats are not the meter, so a growing team costs nothing extra. Volume is the meter, and the step from Growth to Scale is roughly three times the price for roughly five times the allowance.

The SourcrLab bottom line
NoRecruit is one of the few sourcing agents that publishes its price in euros and covers discovery, evaluation and conversation rather than just message sending. The commercial model is the decision: you are buying a monthly allowance of screens and outreaches, not seats, so the tool is cheap for a busy small team and expensive for a quiet one. The open questions are quality and control, not cost, and neither is answerable from the vendor's own pages.
Best fit
A desk that keeps running the same three or four role profiles and loses its evenings to first-touch messaging. The credits are sized for that shape of work, and the flat tier means adding a second recruiter costs nothing.
Think twice if
If you cannot say now who approves an outbound message, what the agent may promise a candidate, and when a human takes the conversation over, buy the governance answer before you buy the agent. Automated first contact on LinkedIn and WhatsApp is where that gap shows up publicly.

Why choose NoRecruit?
One brief drives the whole loop
You describe the role in plain language and the agent does discovery, profile evaluation and outreach from that same description. Most tools in this category start after you have already built the list, which is the part that actually takes the afternoon.
Three channels, not one inbox
LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp are handled in the same workflow, including replies and follow-up. For blue-collar, field and non-desk roles WhatsApp is often the only channel that gets an answer, and very few sourcing agents cover it at all.
The meter is volume, not headcount
Growth includes credits positioned for 10,000 profile screens and over 1,000 outreaches for EUR 349 a month, whether one recruiter or five are using it. A team that would pay per seat elsewhere can put everyone on the same tier.
The entry price is on the page
Growth at EUR 349, Scale at EUR 999, an extra outreach channel at EUR 59 a month and a EUR 100 one-off for 10,000 additional AI credits. You can build a twelve-month cost line before you speak to anyone, which is not true of most agentic sourcing vendors.
Main trade-offs
You pay for the allowance, used or not
The tier is a bundle. A desk that screens 1,500 profiles in a slow month still pays EUR 349, which works out at a far worse rate per useful conversation than the headline suggests. Model your quietest month, not your busiest.
Channels are a separate line
Growth covers three outreach channels and each additional one is EUR 59 a month. If your desk runs two mailboxes, two LinkedIn seats and a WhatsApp number, you are already at the tier limit before you have added a second recruiter's identity.
Automated first contact is a governance decision
An agent messaging candidates on LinkedIn and WhatsApp touches platform terms, consent and account risk at the same time. Settle who approves message templates, what the agent may not say, and how a candidate reaches a human before you turn volume up.
Nothing to try before the first invoice
There is no free plan and no advertised trial, so the smallest way in is a EUR 349 month. Ask for a scoped pilot on one live role and agree in advance what would count as a good result.
The evidence is still the vendor's
This pass verified what NoRecruit sells and what it charges. It found no independent measurement of shortlist quality or reply rates, so treat performance claims as claims until a pilot on your own roles says otherwise.
Pricing and buying reality
Growth EUR 349 per month, Scale EUR 999 per month
- Growth: EUR 349 per month, three outreach channels, credits positioned for 10,000 profile screens and 1,000+ outreaches
- Scale: EUR 999 per month, ten outreach channels, credits positioned for 50,000 profile screens and 5,000+ outreaches
- Add-ons: an extra outreach channel at EUR 59 per month, and Screening Power at EUR 100 one-off for 10,000 extra AI credits
- No free plan and no advertised free trial; the tiers are volume bundles rather than per-seat licences
What we do not know
- What one AI credit buys, and how a screen differs from an outreach in credit terms
- What happens when the monthly allowance runs out mid-campaign
- Contract length, notice period and whether unused credits carry over

How it fits your stack
Works with
- LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp as outreach channels
- An existing ATS, which stays the system of record
Likely replaces
- Manual list building and first-touch messaging on repeatable roles
- A separate LinkedIn automation tool bolted onto a separate mail sequencer
May overlap with
- LinkedIn sourcing automation such as Waalaxy
- Connected AI recruiting assistants such as SourceGeek
- Sourcing agents that also screen, such as HeroHunt.ai
- Sequencing already built into your ATS or CRM
Check before buying
- Whether your quietest month still uses the tier's allowance
- How many outreach channels your desk actually needs, at EUR 59 each above the tier
- Who approves messages, and at what point a human takes over a live conversation
- How conversations and candidate records land in your ATS
NoRecruit vs alternatives
Products a buyer would genuinely put next to this one, with the reason you would pick each instead.
Choose SourceGeek when you want an AI assistant reading and acting across the ATS, inbox and calendar you already run, on a published per-seat price rather than a volume bundle
Choose HeroHunt.ai when you want an agent aimed at global candidate discovery and outreach rather than a European three-channel conversation loop
