AI sourcing and candidate search, sitting in front of the ATS you already run
Primary sources checkedNIXZ
NIXZ searches and ranks candidate profiles with AI, enriches contact details on credits, and pushes the result into your existing ATS through a browser plugin and a dozen named connectors โ it is a sourcing layer, not a system of record.
The short answer
- Best for
- A team of up to twenty recruiters running Bullhorn, Carerix, OTYS, RecruitNow or another named connector, who want sourcing to end inside that system rather than in a spreadsheet
- Not ideal for
- Buyers who need a full budget before signing: the seat price is published but the credit cost that sits on top of it is not
- Price
- Team EUR 250/month up to 5 seats, Business EUR 750/month up to 20 seats, plus credits. 14-day trial, no card
- Closest alternative
- InstalentA better fit when you want sourcing, enrichment, scoring and outbound sequences in one engine rather than a search-and-sync layer bolted to a Benelux ATS.

Why these assessments
- Recruitment fitStrong
- Every surface is recruitment-shaped: vacancy-based search, candidate ranking, shortlists with statuses and labels, and twelve named ATS connectors. Nothing here is a general sales tool bent towards hiring.
- Ease of useUnknown
- A browser plugin that appears on a LinkedIn or Xing profile is a low-friction shape, and onboarding and training are included in both tiers. SourcrLab has not run a desk through it, and in a sourcing tool ease shows up in match quality on your own roles, not in the install.
- ImplementationStrong
- There is nothing to migrate: the ATS stays where it is and NIXZ connects to it. Onboarding and training are stated as included in both tiers, and the trial starts without a credit card, so a first look costs attention rather than procurement.
- Price transparencyFair
- Two tiers with their seat ceilings are published, which is more than most of this category offers. What is not published is the credit side: personal email and phone enrichment and bulk profile evaluation both consume credits, bundles exist, and no bundle price or included allowance is stated.
- Value for moneyUnknown
- Value needs a full price and a measured capability, and neither is available: the credit cost is unpublished and SourcrLab has not tested match quality or enrichment hit rate. The seat price alone cannot answer the question.
- ScalabilityFair
- The two published tiers are hard seat bands, five and twenty, and nothing is published about what happens above twenty. Credit-metered enrichment also means cost rises with usage rather than with headcount, so a high-volume desk scales differently from a growing one.

The SourcrLab bottom line
NIXZ is a sourcing layer for teams that already have an ATS and do not want another one. Search runs from a vacancy, results are ranked and can be evaluated in bulk, contact details are enriched, and a browser plugin working on LinkedIn and Xing profiles syncs the outcome into the system of record โ with twelve named connectors including Bullhorn, Carerix, Cluen, EmmySoft, Flexsoftware, ForceFlow, Mysolution, OTYS, Power Path, Recruitee, Recruition and RecruitNow. Pricing is published in two seat bands, Team at EUR 250 for up to five seats and Business at EUR 750 for up to twenty, with a fourteen-day trial that needs no card. The honest caveat is the meter underneath: enrichment and bulk evaluation consume credits sold in bundles whose price is not published, so a buyer should get that number in writing before comparing NIXZ with anything else.
Best fit
An agency or staffing desk whose system of record is one of the named connectors and whose bottleneck is finding and contacting people rather than tracking them. NIXZ searches, ranks and enriches, the plugin puts the result into the ATS, and the shared shortlist keeps a team looking at the same pipeline.
Think twice if
If you need to model total cost before you commit, or if your ATS is not on the connector list. The seat price is public and the credit price is not, and enrichment is exactly the action a sourcing desk performs most often, so the published figure is a floor rather than a budget.
SourcrLab assessment
Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.
Why choose NIXZ?
Twelve named connectors, most of them Benelux
Bullhorn, Carerix, Cluen, EmmySoft, Flexsoftware, ForceFlow, Mysolution, OTYS, Power Path, Recruitee, Recruition and RecruitNow each have their own integration page. For a Dutch or Belgian agency that is an unusually direct answer to the question every sourcing tool eventually fails on: does it actually reach the system we run.
The plugin ends the copy-paste step
The browser plugin appears alongside a LinkedIn or Xing profile and saves, enriches and syncs it into the ATS from there, with notes and reasoning captured on the profile itself. That removes the seam where sourcing chains normally lose context: the export, the spreadsheet and the re-entry.
Published seat pricing in a quote-only category
Two tiers with stated seat ceilings and a fourteen-day trial that needs no credit card put a real number in front of a buyer before any sales conversation. Most tools in AI sourcing publish nothing at all, so this is a genuine difference even though the credit layer is still unpriced.
Shared shortlists rather than personal ones
Shortlists, statuses and labels are described as team-level, with insights and reasoning captured on the profile so the next recruiter sees why someone was kept or dropped. On a desk where several people work the same vacancy, that is the difference between a pipeline and a set of private browser tabs.
Main trade-offs
The credit meter is the unpriced half
Finding a personal email address or phone number consumes credits, and so does evaluating large numbers of profiles. Credits are sold in bundles. No bundle price, bundle size or per-plan allowance is published, which means the two headline figures describe the subscription and not the invoice.
Seat bands are ceilings, not starting points
Team stops at five seats and Business at twenty. A desk of six pays the Business rate, and what a team above twenty pays is not published. Model the band you will be in next year rather than the one you are in today, because the step between them is three times the price.
It is a layer, so the connector has to be real
NIXZ does not replace an ATS and its value depends entirely on the sync into the one you run. Twelve systems are named, but connector depth per system โ which fields map, whether the sync is one-way, what happens to duplicates โ is not documented publicly and should be tested against your own instance during the trial.
Source and Interim are two purchases, not one
Established on 29 August 2026: alongside NIXZ Source there is NIXZ Interim, which aggregates external and interim vacancies from DAS, VMS, broker and career-site feeds and is metered separately at EUR 500 a month for up to 50 sources. Its ATS connection is a further EUR 200 a month plus a EUR 2,500 one-time implementation fee. A buyer reading the Source price should not assume the vacancy-intelligence side is included, because it is not.
The size of the pool is not a number we can print
The vendor's pages describe the searchable profile pool with inconsistent wording rather than one stable figure and definition. A reach number is only useful if you know what it counts and when it was counted, so this page carries none. Ask for the figure, the definition and the date together before letting it influence a decision.
Pricing and buying reality
Team EUR 250/month up to 5 seats; Business EUR 750/month up to 20 seats; 14-day free trial without a card
- Team: EUR 250 per month for up to 5 seats
- Business: EUR 750 per month for up to 20 seats
- Both tiers are stated to include AI search, evaluation and ranking, realtime job data, messaging campaigns and ATS/CRM integration with onboarding and training
- Credits sit on top of the subscription: finding a personal email address or phone number consumes credits, and so does evaluating large numbers of profiles. Credits are sold in bundles
- The 14-day free trial requires no credit card
- Correction of 29 August 2026: the two figures above price NIXZ Source only. NIXZ Interim, the external and interim vacancy aggregation module, is metered separately at EUR 500 per month for up to 50 sources with an Enterprise tier above it, and an Interim ATS connection is EUR 200 per month plus a EUR 2,500 one-time implementation fee
What we do not know
- What a credit bundle costs, how large the bundles are, and whether either plan includes a starting allowance
- What a team above twenty seats pays, and whether the two published tiers are the whole ladder
- Contract length and whether billing is monthly or annual

How it fits your stack
Works with
- Bullhorn, Carerix, Cluen, EmmySoft, Flexsoftware, ForceFlow, Mysolution, OTYS, Power Path, Recruitee, Recruition and RecruitNow
- A browser plugin that works alongside LinkedIn and Xing profiles
Likely replaces
- Manual profile search plus a separate enrichment tool and a spreadsheet in between
May overlap with
- Sourcing and enrichment layers such as hireEZ, SeekOut and Instalent, on the search and contact-data step rather than on the ATS itself
Check before buying
- The credit price and what each plan includes, in writing
- Connector depth for the specific ATS you run, tested on your own instance during the trial
- Contact-data hit rate in your sector and country, which no reach figure can answer for you
NIXZ vs alternatives
Products a buyer would genuinely put next to this one, with the reason you would pick each instead.
