AI hiring platform for lean in-house teams, India-first
Primary sources checkedNeuradesk Hire
Neuradesk Hire is the employer side of a two-sided hiring platform: natural-language candidate search ranked against an editable rubric, staged job pipelines, a native recruiter inbox, candidate dossiers with cited fit reasoning, and built-in interviews with consent-gated recording and scorecards that stay hidden until each interviewer submits. One active role is free with no card and no trial clock; the first paid tier is Rs 4,999 / $59 per month. The company was incorporated in April 2026 and three of its most distinctive AI modules are still described as rolling out.
The short answer
- Best for
- A lean in-house hiring team, India-based or hiring mostly into India, that wants search, pipeline, candidate messaging, interviews and a decision record in one system and can evaluate it on a genuinely free single role before paying anything
- Not ideal for
- European buyers with procurement requirements: the founder states all customer data sits in AWS Asia-Pacific (Singapore) with no DPA and no GDPR transfer documentation yet. Also teams whose first requirement is global passive-talent reach, or a proven ATS integration ecosystem
- Price
- Free for one active role; Rs 4,999 / $59 per month for up to ten roles and five recruiters; Rs 14,999 / $179 for unlimited roles and up to twenty-five; Enterprise quoted
- Closest alternative
- Zoho RecruitChoose Zoho Recruit when you want the same low entry price from an established vendor with years of operating history, published per-recruiter tiers and a mature integration ecosystem, and can do without the two-sided candidate graph.

Why these assessments
- Recruitment fitStrong
- Purpose-built for hiring end to end rather than a general platform with a recruiting module bolted on: search and ranking, job pipelines, a recruiter inbox, applicant triage, scheduling, interviews, scorecards and a decision audit trail are all first-party surfaces of the same product.
- Ease of useUnknown
- SourcrLab has not used it. The founder offered full free access unconditionally, and an offer that has not been taken up is not an observation, so nothing here is recorded as one.
- ImplementationFair
- Evaluating it is genuinely light: one active role is free with no card, calendar OAuth is optional because availability templates exist, and the vendor offers founder-led onboarding to solo recruiters. Adopting it as the system of record is a different question, because migration tooling, import scope from an existing ATS and any onboarding fee were all unestablished.
- Price transparencyFair
- Four tiers with figures, role caps and recruiter caps published in both INR and USD, which is more than most products this age show. Against that, the first paid tier carries two different names across the vendor's own pages, no single reliable public matrix says which features each tier includes, and Enterprise is quoted against seat count and retention.
- Value for moneyUnknown
- Not assessable. The prices are known and the capability at those prices is not: three of the modules that would justify the paid tier are described by the vendor as rolling out, and nobody here has used the product to see what is live today.
- ScalabilityFair
- The ladder is readable and it ends: one role free, ten roles and five recruiters at the first paid tier, unlimited roles but a twenty-five recruiter cap on Scale, and a quote beyond that. The harder limit is the company rather than the plan, at four months old, with data hosted in Singapore and India residency still an Enterprise roadmap item.

The SourcrLab bottom line
An unusually complete hiring product for a company four months old, and the completeness is the thing to check rather than admire. The design decisions are good ones: candidate fit reasoning cites the spans it came from, high-volume triage requires one attributed human Confirm before anything changes, AI smart replies are drafts a person sends, the interview copilot can prefill a scorecard but cannot submit it, and teammates' scores stay hidden until you file your own so the room does not anchor. Pricing is public in INR and USD with role and recruiter caps at every tier. Against that sit three specific gaps: the first paid tier is called Team on the homepage and Growth on the feature pages, the three modules that most distinguish the product are labelled rolling out, and the ATS integrations that would make it a layer on an existing stack are the founder's account rather than anything published. For a European buyer, the Singapore hosting with no DPA and no transfer documentation is the fact that decides it. For an India-first team starting on a free role, very little of that is in the way.
Best fit
The shape of team this fits is specific: enough inbound applications that reading them is the bottleneck, not enough recruiters to read them, and no incumbent ATS worth defending. Neuradesk Hire answers that with triage that shows its evidence and stops for a human Confirm, a rejection message you can still cancel inside a configurable four-to-twenty-four-hour window, and cross-pipeline rescue so a candidate rejected for one role surfaces against another. Those are the details of somebody who has watched a volume desk work rather than read about one.
Think twice if
Two questions decide this, and both are answerable before you spend money. The first is European: the homepage's DPDP and GDPR architecture language is about product design, while the founder's own account is that data sits in Singapore for every customer, that India residency is an Enterprise roadmap item, and that neither a DPA nor GDPR transfer documentation exists yet. If your procurement needs paper, that is a no today rather than a caveat. The second is maturity: the company was incorporated in April 2026, and Screening Room, outreach sequences and the Sourcing Agent are the vendor's own examples of features still rolling out. Ask which of them your account has today, in writing, before the free role turns into a plan.
SourcrLab assessment
Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.
Why choose Neuradesk Hire?
One candidate graph, not a drawer of AI features
Search, pipelines, the recruiter inbox, scheduling, interviews and the decision record share one workspace and one candidate record, and the candidate side of Neuradesk feeds structured profile and verified-document data into the employer side. That is a different proposition from an ATS with AI added: the argument is continuity from the first search to the hiring decision, which is an architectural choice rather than a feature.
The AI shows its evidence and then stops
Candidate fit is a four-factor score whose reasoning cites the source spans it was drawn from, so a recruiter can check the claim against the resume instead of trusting a number. In high-volume triage the tiers are evidence-backed, any of them can be overridden by hand, and nothing changes state until one named person presses Confirm. For an evaluation that ends in rejecting people, being able to see and attribute the reasoning matters more than the accuracy claim on top of it.
Interview operations deeper than the category usually ships
Google and Microsoft calendar sync with free-busy resolution, availability templates that work without connecting a calendar at all, first-party video rooms where recording requires the candidate's explicit consent inside the room, structured one-to-five scorecards that hide teammates' scores until you submit, and calibration on top. A product that also does sourcing and pipelines rarely bothers with the anchoring problem, and this one designed against it.
A free tier that is a plan, not a countdown
One active role is free with no credit card and no trial clock, which means a team can run a real vacancy through the whole product and decide on evidence rather than on a demo. A separate fourteen-day team trial exists for the multi-recruiter tier. Against enterprise ATS procurement, where evaluation itself costs weeks, that is a materially different way to buy.
India depth that sits in the product, not the marketing
INR pricing alongside USD, a privacy programme the founder describes as DPDP-first, a homepage claim of fourteen languages at parity, and high-volume applicant workflows aimed at retail, hospitality, clinics, manufacturing and education as much as at technology teams. Neuradesk also states plainly that its candidate depth is strongest in India today, which is more useful to a buyer than a claim of global coverage would be.
Main trade-offs
The company is four months old
Neuradesk AI Private Limited was incorporated in Karnataka in April 2026, and the founder asked SourcrLab plainly not to overstate its maturity. The product surface is far broader than that age would predict, which is a reason to check operational reality rather than to be reassured: support response, who answers at 2am, what happens to your data if the company does not continue, and how much of your process depends on a roadmap.
A European buyer runs into paper that does not exist yet
The homepage says the architecture is built around DPDP and GDPR concepts. The founder's own account is narrower: all customer data, whatever the user's location, is on managed AWS infrastructure in Asia-Pacific (Singapore); India residency is an Enterprise roadmap item; there is no DPA yet and no GDPR transfer documentation yet; and he calls the programme DPDP-first rather than a formal GDPR compliance programme. Privacy-by-design and legal transfer paperwork are different things, and only one of them survives a procurement review.
The three most distinctive modules are rolling out
Screening Room, outreach sequences and the Sourcing Agent are each described on the vendor's own pages as rolling out, and Screening Room is additionally tied to the paid AI-feature tiers. Those three are most of what separates this from an ordinary pipeline product, so a buyer choosing it for them is buying a plan rather than a feature. Get the current availability for your own account confirmed in writing.
The first paid tier has two names on the vendor's own site
The homepage calls the Rs 4,999 / $59 tier Team. The feature pages call the corresponding tier Growth, and so did the founder. Both were re-read on 29 August 2026 and both still say it. The figures and the caps are not in doubt, so this costs nothing on the invoice; it does mean that a plan name in a quote, a contract or a support thread should be checked against the limits it carries rather than assumed.
The ATS integrations are the founder's account, not a published list
Two-way sync with Greenhouse, Lever and Workday on Scale and above, and SCIM provisioning on Enterprise, were stated to SourcrLab by the founder, who said at the time that no public integrations page existed and asked that they be treated as vendor-reported. A page titled ATS integrations now resolves on the site, and its contents could not be read from here, so nothing has been upgraded. If Neuradesk Hire is meant to sit beside an ATS you keep, that sync is the whole plan and it needs a demo against your own instance.
Candidate depth is geography-skewed, and the vendor says so
Neuradesk's own comparison pages state that its candidate depth is strongest in India today and concede LinkedIn's advantage on the global professional graph. Global product availability is not the same as global candidate reach, and a team hiring outside India should treat this as a workflow and decision system rather than as the place its passive candidates will come from.
There is no independent review evidence to lean on
No reliable independent review corpus for Neuradesk Hire was established. A Trustpilot page exists for neuradesk.in carrying two reviews about voice calls and customer-support automation; it appears to describe a different business surface and is deliberately not used here. Everything on this page therefore rests on the vendor's own pages and the founder's statements, which is why the evidence label reads the way it does.
Pricing and buying reality
Free for one active role; from Rs 4,999 / $59 per month
- Free: Rs 0 / $0, one active role, no credit card and no trial clock
- First paid tier: Rs 4,999 / $59 per month, up to ten roles and five recruiters. The homepage names this tier Team; the feature pages and the founder name it Growth, and both were still live on 29 August 2026
- Scale: Rs 14,999 / $179 per month, unlimited roles and up to twenty-five recruiters
- Enterprise: quoted against seat count and retention requirements
- Local tax is applied at checkout according to the homepage pricing FAQ, and a fourteen-day team trial with no credit card is advertised on the solo-recruiter page
- Screening Room is stated to be included with the paid AI-feature tiers; the full feature matrix across Free, the first paid tier, Scale and Enterprise is spread across pages and is not published as one reliable table
What we do not know
- The settled name of the Rs 4,999 / $59 tier: Team or Growth
- Exactly which features each tier includes, as one published matrix
- How Enterprise pricing moves with seat count and retention period
- Any onboarding, migration or implementation fee, and what an import from an existing ATS covers
- Which of the features described as rolling out are live on a new account today
Checked on the vendor's pricing page, August 2026. Neuradesk Hire product site (positioning, buyer segments, full pricing table with role and recruiter caps, tax-at-checkout note, languages claim, DPDP and GDPR architecture language, DPIIT recognition)
How it fits your stack
Works with
- Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar, with free-busy resolution
- Candidate email, which threads replies back into the native recruiter inbox
- Greenhouse, Lever and Workday by two-way sync on Scale and above, and SCIM on Enterprise, both stated by the founder rather than published
Likely replaces
- A lightweight ATS carrying jobs, stages and candidate records
- A separate scheduling tool and a separate video-interview product
- Candidate messaging run out of a shared mailbox
- Interview scorecards kept in a spreadsheet or a document template
May overlap with
- Any incumbent ATS: both would own jobs, stages and candidate records
- Sourcing and candidate-search tools bought separately
- Standalone screening and interview-intelligence products
Check before buying
- Whether AWS Asia-Pacific (Singapore) hosting with no DPA and no GDPR transfer documentation clears your procurement
- Which of Screening Room, outreach sequences and the Sourcing Agent are live on your account today
- The plan name against its actual role and recruiter limits, given Team and Growth both appear
- A demonstration of the Greenhouse, Lever or Workday sync against your own instance, and what it writes in each direction
- Default candidate-data retention, whether it is configurable, and whether candidate data is used to train models
- What can be imported from your current ATS, and at what cost
Neuradesk Hire vs alternatives
Products a buyer would genuinely put next to this one, with the reason you would pick each instead.
Choose Zoho Recruit when the low entry price matters but the operating history does too: published per-recruiter tiers, a free plan, and a vendor that has been running this product for years.
Choose Workable when a small in-house team needs a proven full-funnel platform with a mature integration ecosystem and HR tooling after the hire, and can pay several times the price for it.
Choose LinkedIn Recruiter when reaching passive candidates on the global professional network is the actual bottleneck; Neuradesk's own comparison pages concede that graph, and the two can also be run together.

- The candidate dossier holds a structured profile, resume intelligence, a four-factor fit score whose reasoning cites its source spans, internal notes and ratings, scorecards and verified documents, and a blind mode can hide protected attributes during evaluation stages — checked against a primary source: Candidate dossier (structured profile, resume intelligence, four-factor fit score with cited source spans, notes and ratings, verified documents, blind mode)
- Screening Room handles high-volume applicant triage with evidence-backed tiers, manual override and a single attributed human Confirm before records change, and rejection messages carry a configurable four-to-twenty-four-hour cancellation window. The vendor describes Screening Room as rolling out and included with the paid AI-feature tiers — checked against a primary source: Screening Room (high-volume triage, evidence-backed tiers, manual override, single attributed human Confirm, rejection cancellation window, and the rolling-out plus Growth and Scale plan statement re-read on 29 August 2026)
- The recruiter inbox carries candidate-linked threads, labels, assignment, mentions, snooze, scheduled send and bulk actions, candidate email replies thread back into the same conversation, and AI smart replies are drafts that a human sends — checked against a primary source: Recruiter inbox (candidate-linked threads, labels, assignment, mentions, snooze, scheduled send, bulk actions, email threading, draft-only AI smart replies)
- Interview operations include Google and Microsoft calendar sync with free-busy resolution, availability templates that work without calendar OAuth, built-in video rooms where recording requires explicit candidate consent in the room, one-to-five scorecards that hide teammates' scores until the interviewer submits, and calibration; the AI copilot suggests questions and can prefill a draft scorecard but does not submit the judgement — checked against a primary source: Interview operations (Google and Microsoft calendar sync, availability templates without OAuth, built-in video with consent-gated recording, one-to-five scorecards hidden until submit, calibration, copilot that cannot submit a judgement)

The vendor describes outreach sequences as rolling out — checked against a primary source: Outreach sequences (delays, variables, business-hour windows, opt-out and suppression, event-triggered enrollment, rolling-out status)
- The Sourcing Agent can run search, outreach, reply screening and pipeline staging with uncertain cases routed to human review. The vendor describes the Sourcing Agent as rolling out — checked against a primary source: Sourcing Agent (search to outreach to reply screening to pipeline staging, human review for uncertain cases, rolling-out status)
- The solo-recruiter page targets one-person recruiting teams, advertises a fourteen-day team trial with no credit card, and states that founder-led onboarding is available — checked against a primary source: Solo recruiter solution page (one-person recruiting teams as target buyer, fourteen-day team trial with no credit card, founder-led onboarding)
- Neuradesk's own comparison pages state that its candidate depth is strongest in India today and concede LinkedIn's advantage on the global professional network. Vendor comparison material is positioning context, not independent comparative evidence — vendor claim, not independently verified: Vendor comparison page against LinkedIn Recruiter (India-first candidate depth stated by the vendor, LinkedIn's global network advantage conceded) — vendor positioning material, not independent comparison
- The homepage states the architecture is built around India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR concepts, and claims fourteen languages at parity. Both are the vendor's description of its own product and neither was independently verified — vendor claim, not independently verified: Neuradesk Hire product site (positioning, buyer segments, full pricing table with role and recruiter caps, tax-at-checkout note, languages claim, DPDP and GDPR architecture language, DPIIT recognition)
- The founder stated to SourcrLab on 24 and 25 August 2026 that all customer data, regardless of user location, is hosted on managed AWS infrastructure in Asia-Pacific (Singapore), that India data residency is an Enterprise roadmap item, that there is no DPA yet and no GDPR transfer documentation yet, and that the privacy programme is DPDP-first rather than a formal GDPR compliance programme — vendor claim, not independently verified
- When a DPA will be available, and when GDPR transfer documentation will exist, were not established. Neither document exists today on the founder's own account, and no availability date for either was given — not enough evidence
- The founder stated two-way ATS sync with Greenhouse, Lever and Workday on Scale and above, and SCIM provisioning on Enterprise, and asked that these be kept as vendor-reported until a public integrations page ships. A page titled ATS integrations now resolves at hire.neuradeskai.com/integrations, but its contents could not be read during this pass, so nothing here has been upgraded to verified — vendor claim, not independently verified: ATS integrations page, which now resolves under that title after the founder said none existed; its contents could not be read during this pass, so the Greenhouse, Lever, Workday and SCIM claims stay vendor-reported
- The founder described Neuradesk AI Private Limited as incorporated in Karnataka, India in April 2026, and asked that SourcrLab describe the company plainly as early stage — vendor claim, not independently verified
- The homepage displays DPIIT Startup India recognition under certificate DIPP277125. That is a national startup registration, not a security, privacy or quality certification, and it is recorded here as neither — checked against a primary source: Neuradesk Hire product site (positioning, buyer segments, full pricing table with role and recruiter caps, tax-at-checkout note, languages claim, DPDP and GDPR architecture language, DPIIT recognition)
- SOC 2, ISO 27001 or equivalent certification status; the default and configurable candidate-data retention periods; a formal subprocessor list; migration and import tooling from an existing ATS; the full per-tier feature matrix; and how much of the functionality described as rolling out is live on a new account today — not enough evidence
- No reliable independent review corpus for Neuradesk Hire was established. The Trustpilot page for neuradesk.in describes a different business surface and is excluded rather than used as product evidence — not enough evidence
- SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work. The founder offered full free access unconditionally and independently of any commercial arrangement; that offer has not been taken up and is not evidence of use — not enough evidence
