Job multi-posting and candidate attraction
Researchedidibu
A job distribution layer for recruitment agencies: one posting action pushes a vacancy to job boards, aggregators and social channels, and the applicant response comes back into one interface โ or straight into the CRM you already work in.
The short answer
- Best for
- Recruitment agencies on Bullhorn, Vincere or Access that advertise on several job boards and want posting, response and source data in one place
- Not ideal for
- Solo recruiters and small teams below the entry band, and teams whose ATS already covers the job-board distribution they actually need
- Price
- Banded per-user subscription on a 12-month contract; current band figures not publicly re-verifiable
- Closest alternative
- JobTargetChoose JobTarget for US-centric recruitment advertising paid per posting or media spend, without a 12-month per-user contract

Why these assessments
- Recruitment fitStrong
- Job multi-posting for recruitment agencies is the whole product, and the premium integrations are agency CRMs: Bullhorn, Vincere and Access. Nothing here is a general marketing tool bent into hiring.
- Ease of useUnknown
- SourcrLab has not run a vacancy through idibu, and there is no self-serve trial to answer this honestly; day-to-day usability inside your own CRM is exactly what a demo should prove.
- ImplementationFair
- There is no system of record to migrate, but real value depends on the CRM connector, your job-board accounts and a 12-month contract โ closer to a short integration project than a sign-up.
- Price transparencyWeak
- The pricing page explains the band model and contract terms but the current figures were not readable in our check, and paid job-board contracts sit outside the fee, so total cost needs a sales conversation.
- Value for moneyUnknown
- Without a re-verifiable current price and without hands-on use, a value judgement would be invented; the honest comparison is idibu's fee against the hours your team spends posting board by board.
- ScalabilityStrong
- The vendor sells the same platform from 5 to 500 users with a per-user price that drops at higher bands, so the buying model itself survives growth; the entry band is the constraint, not the ceiling.

The SourcrLab bottom line
idibu has done job multi-posting since 2007 and sells it the way agencies buy it: as a layer inside the recruitment CRM, with premium Bullhorn, Vincere and Access integrations, response management with quick qualification and auto-responders, and source reporting across the channels. The network claims are large but vary by page, so ask for the board list that matters in your market. The honest reservations are commercial rather than functional: banded per-user pricing on a 12-month contract whose current figures we could not re-verify, an entry band that excludes solo recruiters, and possible overlap with distribution your ATS already includes.
Best fit
An agency of five consultants or more that advertises the same roles across several job boards and lives in Bullhorn, Vincere or Access. idibu turns board-by-board posting into one action, pulls the applicants back into one screen inside the CRM, and shows which board actually produced them.
Think twice if
The commitment is a 12-month contract with an entry band of several licences, the current band prices are not publicly re-verifiable, and your paid job-board agreements remain a separate cost. If your ATS already distributes to the boards you use, you may be buying overlap.
SourcrLab assessment
Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.
Why choose idibu?
One posting action instead of one per board
A vacancy goes to job boards, aggregators and social sources in a single posting action โ idibu claims over a thousand connected sources. The alternative is a consultant re-typing the same advert into five board back-ends, which is the afternoon this product exists to give back.
It lives inside the CRM you already use
Bullhorn, Vincere and Access are premium integration partners, and the Bullhorn Marketplace listing confirms the integration from the other side: posting, original CVs and candidate profiles are handled from within the CRM, so consultants never keep a second tab open to do their advertising.
Response management comes with the distribution
Applicants land in one interface with filters, keyword and Boolean search, a traffic-light system to qualify them and auto-responders to close the loop, plus conversion-focused landing pages and LinkedIn Apply Connect. Distribution-only rivals stop at the moment the response starts.
Source data answers the budget question
The reporting suite โ the vendor lists more than fifteen reports โ tracks which board, aggregator or social channel produced each applicant. That is the evidence an agency needs when the annual job-board contract negotiations come around and every board claims the credit.
Main trade-offs
The price requires a conversation
The pricing page describes per-user bands on a 12-month contract with monthly or quarterly billing, but the current figures were not readable in our check; an earlier pass recorded from USD 250 per month for five licences. Get the band table in writing before you compare anything.
The entry band excludes the smallest desks
The vendor positions the platform from five users upwards, and the earlier-recorded entry package was five licences. A solo recruiter or two-person desk pays for seats nobody fills, which makes a per-posting advertising model the more honest comparison at that size.
Your job-board contracts stay your problem
A multi-poster distributes to boards; it does not replace the commercial agreements behind the paid ones. Confirm exactly which boards in your market post through idibu on your existing contracts, which need new agreements, and what the free-board coverage is actually worth for your roles.
Network claims vary โ by the vendor's own pages
idibu's pages cite over 1,000, 1,200 and 1,500 connected sources depending on where you read, and the Bullhorn listing says 750+ boards. The only number that matters is how many boards your candidates actually use in Belgium and the Netherlands โ ask for that list, not the headline figure.
Possible overlap with your ATS
Many ATS and recruitment CRMs ship their own multi-posting to a smaller board set. If the boards you actually pay for are already covered there, idibu adds a second subscription for reach you may not use โ count the boards you genuinely post to before buying a bigger network.
Pricing and buying reality
Banded per-user subscription on a 12-month contract; current figures not publicly re-verifiable
- Priced per user in set bands; the price per user decreases as the band grows
- The same platform at every band, positioned from 5 to 500 users
- 12-month contracts, with monthly or quarterly billing options
- An earlier SourcrLab check recorded from USD 250/month for 5 licences; that figure could not be re-verified in this pass
- No free plan or free trial is advertised on the pages checked
What we do not know
- The current price per band, including the entry band
- Whether posting volume or specific job boards carry extra costs on top of the licence fee
- Which paid job boards require your own separate agreements or credits
- Whether CRM integrations such as Bullhorn or Vincere are priced separately

How it fits your stack
Works with
- Bullhorn, Vincere and Access, as premium CRM integrations
- Other recruitment CRMs through its integration catalogue
- LinkedIn, via Apply Connect with automatic application syncing
- Job boards and aggregators such as Indeed across its network
Likely replaces
- Posting the same vacancy board by board in each back-end
- A separate applicant inbox per job board
- A spreadsheet guessing which channel produced which applicant
May overlap with
- Multi-posting built into ATS/CRM suites such as JobAdder
- Recruitment advertising platforms such as VONQ and JobTarget
- Direct job-board contracts managed board by board
Check before buying
- The current band pricing and what the 12-month contract commits you to
- Which boards in your market are covered, and which still need your own agreements
- How deep the connector to your specific CRM goes, including candidate write-back
- Whether your ATS already includes the distribution you would be buying
idibu vs alternatives
Products a buyer would genuinely put next to this one, with the reason you would pick each instead.
Choose JobTarget when you want US-centric recruitment advertising paid per posting or media spend instead of an annual per-user contract
Choose VONQ when you are an in-house team optimising job-ad placement and media spend across channels rather than an agency posting from its CRM
Choose JobAdder when you would rather have one ATS/CRM with multi-posting built in than a separate distribution layer on top
