Interview scheduling and candidate experience orchestration
Researchedcandidate.fyi
Coordination layer on top of an enterprise ATS that schedules interviews, runs candidate communications and gives candidates a portal, without becoming the system of record.
The short answer
- Best for
- Enterprise talent teams with many recruiters, many hiring managers and enough interview volume that coordination is a measurable cost
- Not ideal for
- Small teams whose scheduling is two people and a shared calendar. The ATS or a calendar link already solves that
- Price
- Custom annual subscription. No per-seat charge, unlimited users and jobs
- Closest alternative
- AshbyChoose Ashby when you are willing to change ATS and would rather have scheduling, analytics and pipeline from one vendor than add a coordination layer to what you have

Why these assessments
- Recruitment fitStrong
- Everything it does exists because of interviews: scheduling them, telling candidates about them, and keeping the ATS in step. It is not a general calendar tool wearing a recruitment badge.
- Ease of useUnknown
- The design intent is that occasional hiring managers need no training, and that is the right target. SourcrLab has not watched a real panel use it and will not rate it from a demo.
- ImplementationFair
- Implementation, integration, onboarding and training are stated as included with no separate fee, which removes a common enterprise surprise. It is still an integration project against Workday or iCIMS, and those are never trivial.
- Price transparencyWeak
- The shape of the price is published and the shape is genuinely good. The number is not, and independent estimates put annual cost in the tens of thousands, which is not something to discover late.
- Value for moneyUnknown
- This turns entirely on coordination hours saved against a five-figure annual cost. Both halves are specific to your organisation, and we have measured neither.
- ScalabilityStrong
- Unlimited users and unlimited jobs with no per-seat charge is the rare pricing model that gets cheaper per interview as the organisation grows rather than more expensive.

The SourcrLab bottom line
The clearest thing candidate.fyi gets right is the commercial shape. Coordination software is used most by the people who use it least, the hiring managers, and per-seat pricing makes that group prohibitively expensive. Removing the seat charge entirely is the correct answer to that problem. The integrations are bidirectional against the systems that matter in an enterprise, including Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Oracle and UKG. The catch is that the price is a conversation, and independent reviewers put it in the tens of thousands a year, so it only makes sense above a certain volume.
Best fit
A large organisation where a coordinator spends the day finding three panellists a shared hour, and where candidates wait days between stages because the ATS emails nobody. That is a real cost, it is measurable, and this is a product built directly against it.
Think twice if
Below a certain size this is a layer you do not need. If your ATS already schedules acceptably and your interview volume is measured in dozens rather than thousands a year, a five-figure annual contract buys polish rather than capacity.
SourcrLab assessment
Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.
Why choose candidate.fyi?
The people who schedule least cost nothing
No per-seat charge with unlimited users and jobs means every hiring manager, interviewer and coordinator can be in the tool. Per-seat coordination software fails precisely because nobody will licence 200 occasional users, so half the organisation stays on email.
Two-way integration with the systems enterprises actually run
Scheduling requests trigger from the ATS and confirmed interviews sync back, across Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, UKG Pro Recruiting, Oracle Recruiting Cloud and a claimed forty-plus others. One-way integration is where coordination tools usually break, because the ATS stops being true within a day.
Candidates get a place to look
A candidate portal and automated communications replace the silence between stages that does most of the damage to an employer brand. This is the half of candidate experience that costs nothing to fix and is almost never fixed.
Implementation is not a second invoice
The vendor states that implementation, integration, onboarding, training and support are included rather than charged separately. In enterprise recruiting software a separate professional-services line is normal and frequently exceeds the first year of licence.
Main trade-offs
A five-figure annual decision you cannot price yourself
Independent reviewers place candidate.fyi in the tens of thousands per year, scaling with organisation size and hiring volume. The vendor publishes the model but not the number, so the first meaningful comparison happens after you have disclosed your requisition count.
Annual commitment, no monthly escape
The contract is annual and custom. That is standard at this end of the market, but it means the pilot has to be a proper pilot: agree what coordination metrics you will measure and what the renewal decision depends on before you sign.
It only pays back above a volume threshold
The business case is coordination hours multiplied by interview volume. Below a few thousand interviews a year, the same money buys a coordinator, and a coordinator handles the exceptions this kind of tool escalates anyway.
Another system holding candidate data
A candidate portal and automated communications mean names, contact details and interview history live outside the ATS as well. Confirm the security posture in writing, including certification scope, subprocessors, data residency and what is deleted when the contract ends.
Pricing and buying reality
Custom annual subscription, with no per-seat charge
- Priced on company size, open requisitions and ATS integration type rather than on seats or interview volume
- Unlimited users and unlimited jobs are stated as included, as are implementation, integration, onboarding, training and support with no separate implementation fee
- Independent reviewers place annual cost in the tens of thousands for mid-to-large organisations; that is a third-party estimate, not a vendor rate card
- No free plan or public trial was found on the reviewed pages
What we do not know
- The actual annual figure at your requisition volume
- How the price steps as requisition count grows mid-contract
- Certification scope, subprocessors and data residency
- Whether a scoped paid pilot is available before an annual commitment

How it fits your stack
Works with
- Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, UKG Pro Recruiting and Oracle Recruiting Cloud
- Calendars and messaging tools used by interview panels
- A vendor-claimed 40+ further ATS integrations
Likely replaces
- A coordinator manually chasing panel availability
- Ad hoc calendar links and scheduling spreadsheets
- Silence between interview stages
May overlap with
- Scheduling already built into a modern ATS such as Ashby or Greenhouse
- General-purpose scheduling tools used by hiring managers
Check before buying
- Which ATS objects and triggers are supported for your specific system
- The annual price at your requisition volume, and how it steps as you grow
- Security certification scope, subprocessors and data residency
- Which coordination metrics you will use to judge renewal
candidate.fyi vs alternatives
Products a buyer would genuinely put next to this one, with the reason you would pick each instead.
Choose Ashby when you would rather change ATS and get scheduling, analytics and pipeline from one vendor than layer coordination onto your current system
