Why these assessments
Recruitment fitStrong
Built only for hiring: phone screens, interest checks, interview scheduling with reminders, offer and pre-joining follow-up are all named product stages.
Ease of useUnknown
No independent review exists anywhere we could read, and we have not used it. The vendor's own flow (pick template, record voice, upload Excel) sounds light, but that is the vendor talking.
ImplementationFair
Single-user pay-per-use is a card checkout with email OTP; the Enterprise tier explicitly comes with 'dedicated onboarding', which is vendor code for a project.
Price transparencyFair
The per-minute single-user rate is public and modelable; the multi-user Enterprise plan that any real team would need is quote-only.
Value for moneyUnknown
USD 0.10 per call minute is cheap on paper, but without a single independent review of call quality, connect rates or transcript accuracy we cannot say what a minute buys.
ScalabilityWeak
The buying model stops at one user; every multi-user seat is a sales conversation, and the checkout itself only serves three countries.

The SourcrLab bottom line

A ten-year-old, seed-funded Indian voice-screening bot with a rare virtue in this category: a published, per-minute self-serve price you can start on for the equivalent of USD 10. The catch is who it is built for. The checkout serves three countries, none in Europe; languages, ATS integration depth and consent handling are either unpublished or split across two vendor sites; and G2 shows zero reviews, so nothing here has been tested by a user we can cite. Interesting for the markets it names, unproven for everyone else.

Best fit

Volume hiring desks (BPO, insurance sales, field staff) in the three markets the vendor actually sells to, where the phone is still the channel candidates answer, and where a recruiter's own recorded voice on a bulk call is a real advantage over a text bot.

Think twice if

European or North American teams: the self-serve checkout only lists India, the Philippines and Mexico, no supported-languages list is published anywhere we read, and the vendor says nothing specific about GDPR or the consent rules for automated calls. There is also not a single independent review to check any of this against.

SourcrLab assessment

Everything on this page comes from the vendor's own pages, checked on the dates below. SourcrLab has not used this product in real recruitment work, so you will not find a first-hand opinion here.

Why choose Callify?

A published self-serve price in a quote-only category

Most conversational-AI screening vendors hide the number behind a demo. Callify's pricing page shows a single-user pay-per-use plan at INR 10 per minute (INR 1,000 minimum top-up, 100 minutes included) or USD 0.10 per minute (USD 10 minimum top-up), bought by card through a Razorpay checkout. A recruiter can test the product for the price of a lunch.

The call goes out in the recruiter's own voice, not a synthetic one

The 'How it works' page is explicit that templates require the recruiter to record the messaging in their own voice so the call keeps a human touch, and the vendor claims that this is what carries its response rates. Multiple bot voices are also listed on the pricing page for teams that prefer them.

Answers come back as ranked, filterable data

Speech-to-text and NLP turn each response into audio plus text, and the platform then matches and stack-ranks candidates. The pricing page lists an AI filter, behavioural analysis, conversation transcripts and a per-candidate report and profile as features of every plan.

It follows the candidate past the screen

The recruitment solution page names interview scheduling with availability confirmation and three automatic reminders, pre-onboarding document collection and pre-joining engagement from leadership as stages the same call workflow can run โ€” the drop-off window between offer and start date is a stated target.

A named enterprise ATS/HRIS integration list

The premium.callify.ai site names SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle Recruiting Cloud/Taleo, iCIMS, UKG, SmartRecruiters, Lever and Greenhouse as integrations, and the 'How it works' page describes pulling contacts from backend systems as an alternative to Excel upload. Depth per connector is not documented.

Main trade-offs

Sold into three countries, none of them European

The pricing page's country selector offers India (INR), the Philippines and Mexico (both USD) and nothing else. Combined with an about page that lists offices in Mumbai, New York and Metro Manila, a European team should assume it is outside the vendor's served market until sales says otherwise.

No supported-languages list, and no specific consent or GDPR statement

None of the vendor pages we read publishes which languages the bot speaks or transcribes. The homepage FAQ answers the security question with 'strict data security and compliance protocols' and no more; the premium site mentions consent management as a feature. For automated outbound calls in the EU, that is not enough to sign on.

Zero independent reviews

G2 carries a Callify.ai profile that reads 'hasn't been reviewed yet', shows no pricing and is unclaimed by the vendor; Capterra returned no listing for the product at all. Every quality claim on this page โ€” response rates, transcript accuracy, prediction accuracy โ€” is therefore the vendor's own, and the homepage's model-accuracy counters even rendered as '0%' when we read it.

The self-serve tier stops at one user; teams are quote-only

Pay-per-use is explicitly 'Single-User', with email-only support and no training. Anything with multiple recruiter logins is the Enterprise plan: annual subscription, dedicated onboarding, contact sales. The per-minute rate a team would actually pay is not published, and per-minute billing makes a monthly budget depend on connect rates you cannot see in advance.

Pricing and buying reality

Pay-per-use from USD 10 (USD 0.10/min) or INR 1,000 (INR 10/min); Enterprise quote only

  • Pay Per Use (Single-User), India: INR 1,000 minimum top-up, INR 10 per minute, 100 minutes included at the minimum top-up
  • Pay Per Use (Single-User), Philippines and Mexico: USD 10 minimum top-up, USD 0.10 per minute, 100 minutes included
  • Pay-per-use support is email only, with no training; checkout runs through email OTP and Razorpay
  • Enterprise (Multi-User): custom price, annual subscription, dedicated onboarding, unlimited support and training โ€” contact sales
  • All plans list unlimited campaigns, pre-screening workflow, multiple bot voices, behavioural analysis, AI filter, Join/Perform/Stay predictions, candidate report and profile, transcripts, download and share
  • No free plan or free trial on the pricing page; premium.callify.ai mentions sales-led 'free pilots' for enterprise buyers

What we do not know

  • The per-minute or per-seat rate on the Enterprise plan, and its minimum annual commitment
  • Whether the product can be bought at all from an EU or UK entity, and in which currency
  • Whether telephony charges to non-Indian numbers are included in the per-minute rate or billed on top
  • How unused top-up credit expires

How it fits your stack

Works with

  • SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle Recruiting Cloud/Taleo, iCIMS, UKG, SmartRecruiters, Lever and Greenhouse, as named on premium.callify.ai; Excel upload as the fallback for contacts

Likely replaces

  • Manual first-contact and phone-screen calls, and the spreadsheet a recruiter keeps of who answered what

May overlap with

  • Chat/SMS-first conversational assistants such as Paradox, Humanly, XOR and Sense on the screening and scheduling job
  • An ATS's own scheduling and reminder features once a candidate is past the screen

Check before buying

  • Whether the vendor will sell to your country at all, and in what language the bot can call and transcribe
  • How consent for automated outbound calls and recording is captured and stored, and where the audio and transcripts are hosted
  • What a connector to your ATS actually syncs (candidates in, outcomes back) rather than the logo on the integrations page

Callify vs alternatives

Products a buyer would genuinely put next to this one, with the reason you would pick each instead.

Paradox logo
Paradox

Choose Paradox if you want a chat and SMS-first assistant with an established enterprise ATS footprint and a global customer base, rather than an outbound voice bot sold into three markets.

Humanly logo
Humanly

Consider Humanly if screening by chat from a US-based vendor that sells into Western markets matters more than calling in the recruiter's own voice.

Sense logo
Sense

Consider Sense if your desk is a staffing agency that already lives in its ATS and wants text-message engagement and a chatbot wired into that system rather than a standalone calling tool.

XOR logo
XOR

Consider XOR if candidates in your market answer WhatsApp and web chat rather than unknown phone numbers, and you would rather screen by text than by call.
